Review Oliver Brown - Bankstown

I have an Asian friend working here. She told me cakes and drinks there so nice, especially her boss is so handsome. I just come today and i saw her boss. That boss is not handsome more like her advertising but look his muscle make me feel the food is more delicious. I tried cakes and lychee crush so nice, hope can taste the boss too . I want to share my rating about Oliver Brown 5 stars but i knew the boss was married? So Ok, 4 stars that all

Very nice coffee and chai latte's. However the service from the staff is a little too arrogant and one even laughed at me today. I also find I only get two pieces of chocolate when others get three. Coffee gets all the stars. The service and attitude of staff is why it's not higher.

Convenient as it is infront of Big W and other shops, like woolies Found the coffee is good here too

When asked if the chocolate milkshakes are gluten free I was told I don’t know it comes in a 10kg bag. I asked if I could look at the ingredients and was told it’s a 10kg bag. Based on Oliver brown website all chocolate is gluten free. Oliver brown Bankstown lost a sale because they couldn’t be bothered checking.

Oliver Brown coffee used to be superb, but looks like they have changed their coffee bean , not nice anymore. I tried all OB that near me, but all are the same now. I am Looking for a new cafe with good coffee !

Usual stop whenever we go to Bankstown Central. Our favorite is the Fruity Waffle plate. If you are a sweet tooth you definitely won't regret ordering. Never been disappointed with their coffees or desserts

Seating was casual and comfy.Decorations were simple and casual.Food was yumm.We tried the whipped cream hot chocolate,Belgian mocha and cappuccino.All were delicious.Definitely recommend this amazing place.Perfect for kids and family.

Our fav place for weekend brekky. Staffs are always wonderful. Good choice of food and service on time. Not sure if its bcz we always come in the morning, but service is always great, the food is fresh and seatings clean.

After reading all these reviews, I was a bit hesitant in trying this Oliver brown as I was in the area. However! Everything was the complete opposite! I went during a busy evening, ordered an extra hot almond mocha, with fruit waffles for 2. The mocha was made to perfection with a balance of chocolate and coffee unlike some other Oliver Browns that burn the milk, the waffles were definitely hot and fresh exactly how they should be. I was quite surprised with the service as all reviews didn’t have a good experience. For us the service that night was spectacular, we were constantly asked by the wait staff if we needed anything and they stood by all tables to keep an eye out on other customers. Overall, I would highly recommend Oliver Brown Bankstown rather then a lot of others I’ve been around Sydney.

Ordered a cap and this is what we got..how are they comfortable sending this out. When you have low expectations of yourself and your organisation you send out garbage. If you pay for a cap like I did you should get a cap that is filled to the top. Tight much?

Terrible Customer Service by staff members, only gave half my order and when questioned where it was no one followed it up. Waited 20 mins and ask for refund. Will not be back or recommend this store.

Not the worst service I've experienced but still not that great... I normally like most items from Oliver brown but this place I don't like their beverages or desserts

I generally like Oliver Brown. Their sweets and shaked are great, but this particular branch has serious customer service issues. As a start, all staff need to attend customer service 101. Just terrible! Make you feel like you're getting served for free!!

Coffee is great. The current weekday morning barista is excellent, coffees are perfect and she is lovely. As with previous reviewers, the other service staff are lacking. Playing with phones behind the counter, leaving customers waiting as they don't look up to check, preparing food with gloves then handling money then handling food again (gross!).

Slow service. I had high hopes for this outlet but was deeply disappointed at how long it took for my order to come out. But overall the food was good.

This outlet is located at Bankstown Central Shopping Centre. The service here is a bit so so. The guy serving me asked if I was having dine or takeaway and advised dine in. I then proceeded to order a Lychee Crush and Iced Choc Coconut. He then had to look at menu board for the Iced Choc Coconut as could not find the item on register! They need to know their own menu. He then asked again if I was having takeaway which I replied dine in! Never asked what type of chocolate I wanted for the Iced Chocolate as comes made with milk, dark or white. Luckily I got my preferred milk anyway. I made payment and collected my number. <br/><br/>Luckily the drinks were better than the service. They were both delicious tasting but quite expensive for what they were.

How could I resist Double Waffle Wednesdays? It's a Saigon Plaza store only promotion that involves a free upgrade to a double serving share serve when you purchase any single serve waffle deal. Deliciously evil!!!!

Terrible coffee and the barista warned me too. I ordered a double shot flat white and she said it would taste too strong and to get more milk.. But I always order a double shot and it's never this bitter. Anyhow disappointing un drinkable coffee..

Enjoyed my breakfast here a few months ago, really surprised. The halloumi was so gooey and soft and eggs poached perfectly. Stopped in today for a coffee, and nothing to complain about.

Bankstown Oliver Bown very disappointed. Firstly, very disappointed in receiving my order in a cardboard box as it can not be reheated whilst in the box and very difficult to cut my order as height of box limits this. No ice cream with my order and I paid the same price. Tight on the chocolate as well. I have eaten at other Oliver Brown places and this has to be the first one I wasn't happy with.

Premium Belgian Chocolate served with crunchy balls and marshmallows. Very creamy and delicious. The waffle balls add a crunchy texture to the hot chocolate. Perfect for this chilly weather!

Slow Service. Took my three children out for waffles and strawberries. I got my coffee and kids got their babychinos about 5 minutes after we ordered, which was great. However, after almost a further half an hour of waiting still no strawberries or waffles. My two year old was getting restless so i decided to get a refund and leave. As i was leaving a rude customer was talking under his breath and saying control your child. I asked for my money back and the staff said the strawberries are coming, i said i'd like to leave as my son is crying and the other customers are being rude. They gave me my money. But come on how can it take 30 minutes to get strawberries. As i left i said to that customer you dont need to be rude, i am controlling my child. It is a public space if you dont want to hear children crying, stay at home. I bet if he had to wait 30 minutes for an order he will complain. Crying is the only way a 2 year old knows how to complain.
