Review Domino's Pizza - Bankstown

Ordered 4 pizza and 4 sides, the pizzas had toppings unevenly added to one side, the 3 sundaes were only barely over half full and one even looks like someone took a spoon full out of it, had to throw all 3 sundaes away because we were concerned that someone already ate from it. I also added mega box, it was only a quarter box full. I was too upset and forgot to take photos of the pizzas and mega box, but did take photo of the sundaes. I filled out a complaint that day and 4-5 days later I still havent gotten any follow-up. Won't be buying from the Bankstown Dominos again, in fact will think twice ordering from Dominos again.

horrible experience, wish i could rate this store <1 stars. the customer service was absolutely horrendous! she had a disgusting attitude when i called for help asking where my order is. she said the order was immediately cancelled, she said little detail and hanged up immediately, called again and she started screaming at me! i did not get a notification on the cancellation and spent 50 min waiting for it. i felt oppressed by her attitude. she was very rude and provided no help. DO NOT order from this franchise! horrible experience that many can relate, absolutely horrible.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. I have never written a google review before but I’ve also never experienced such incompetent service in my life lol. After 5 hours of waiting for my order, and over 20 attempts at calling the abhorrent place, not one person clarified the situation. I never ended up getting my order. Absolutely vile.

Absolutely terrible customer service by anisha. I have explained multiple times when I have explained I will pay by card over the phone due to the fact every single time they ask if I pay for cash or card. 1. They do not bring the right amount of change although I clearly explain how much I am giving them 2. They insist of bringing an eftpost machine which MULTILPLE times they have not although I have requested. I have spoken to anisha multiple times which she has hung up on me as "she does not have time to argue with me" Unless a supervisor or manager contacts me I will not be paying for this order nor ordering futuring order from dominos bankstown. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS You guys are a pizza shop. It is not hard!

If only I could rate this store <1 stars. Absolutely horrendous cashier, with a disgusting attitude towards customers. I ordered domino's pizza online using the free coupon code for the first time, however after placing my order, the store owner immediately cancelled it. There was also no communication for the cancellation reason, not even calling my phone number to provide at least some sort of reason. Absolutely pathetic. I was unaware of this cancellation and spent 10 minutes walking to and fro to collect the expected pizza. As I walked into the store to try pick up my order, the lady was extremely rude to me. I was shocked, confused, and disgusted at the attitude the lady was giving me. I felt oppressed by her attitude, the way she treated me felt like utter ****. Thus, I DO NOT recommend going to this franchise, there are plenty more domino's stores around the area. Horrible experience for a first time customer, Horrible lady at the front counter, Horrible customer service, Horrible system, Horrible franchise. Absolutely Horrible. I suggest going to the restaurant next door, "Broaster Chicken". They have amazing customer service, and their pizza is better even though they don't make pizza 0/10 rating.

Waited for 10min after the tracking said it was cooked. Had to call whn th delivery will be coming. The car delivery option was not done as it should be.. dissatisfied disappointed.chilli flakes was very limited. Pizza looked alright. But probably will not refer as the service is very low.

One of the dirtiest domino's ever I will never go there again saw a rat inside the kitchen running around warning everyone srs don't go there

Called online and asked for the employees opinion when she started threatening us by handing my number to the police for apparently ‘threatening her’. Would not recommend.

I ordered one pizza and garlic bread online but received only pizza. When enquired, the staff was really rude. Even the pizza was shitty. Never ordering from this place again.

What could go wrong with domino’s?<br/>Actually, I like the base of my pizza.<br/>It was fluffy yet crusty at the same time.<br/>Classic ham and cheese is the option today and I love garlic and cheese pizza too, with a little charred caramelization on top.<br/>Lovely

staff is very stingy with the toppings. prawns are normally found broken in half to make it look like you get more than what you’re given. the managers can also be unfriendly when there’s an issue

I should really walk around the corner to pick up my pizza but I love ordering online and watching the GPS tracker on the interactive tracker on the Dominos website. It even tells me the name of the driver and the exact estimated time of delivery! These guys cook for me alot lately because Im lazy after a hard day at work and they never let me down. Toppings are full and generous, delivery time keeps smashing Olympic records and I'll always be coming back for more!
