Wait staff seemed very slow with taking food and drink orders. Food took way too long to come out. Tasted nice when it finally did come out, but the price seemed steep for what was ordered. Kacy's is ok to dine at, but bring people who hold a good conversation so the wait doesn't seem so bad.

The fig, brie and proscuitio tartine was lovely. Oysters and the scallops were also lovely. There were other dishes that I would have liked to try as well. Would certainly go back.
Service was very poor. After 1 hour waiting we then had to ask staff where our meal was. We were told we were next in-line to be cooked. Didn’t get our drinks until we had to remind them again. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This was the worst restaurant on our trip through Australia so far. Even though the pictures might look nice, the bread wasn’t fresh at all and hard as stone. I’d rather feed the birds than eating it again. The waiter messed around with our order and we needed 3 attempts to finally get what we order
Very casual approach to customers and wait staff need to be shown how to place a plate in front of client NOT thrown down. If you decant wine due to the wonderful age on the bottle, POUR THE WINE.
