Delicious fish, perfectly cooked, great batter. Miscommunication on the phone resulting in less fish being served (likely my own fault for blundering the phone order), but I was offered the missing fish freely and without issue (I should have at least paid for it). Good service and nice people.

By far my favourite fish and chip shop!! The girls always provide amazing and friendly service, the portions are generous,good quality and well priced.They also have a great selection of salads, desserts and ready to go meals, all delicious 🤤

Nice tasting fish n chips the fish was soft and juicy however the batter was just to thick thinner batter would be great I ended up taking batter off to get taste of fish

Chips were horrible, warm dry and you can tell they were reheated. Fish was average for the money. Won’t be back.

I've lived in Basso for 3 years and had my first old trout experience this evening. We ordered crab sticks, chips, hake and barra. Can take a bit to get through on the phone, but worth the wait. Serving sizes have always been spot on for me.

Have been using this fish and chip shop for several years ...had " bad" order a while back but gave my custom many times again... The Best takeaway fish and chips in locality. We have tried numerous others to no-avail on our Friday Fish and Chips. Good $11 deal by adding some Aussie prawns. Often has very pleasant and courteous young girls working diligently on evening shifts. On Tues and Thurs evening you may see the Bass
