OMG...after reading urbanspoon review they are spot on. My GF and I are pizza lovers...we both agree it is one of the best pizza joint around perth! Friendly staff, cool retro shop and yummy, awesome pizzas � Can't fault anything! Please open another joint in CanningVale.�

We went twice in one week! Great pizza, lovely staff and will be cracking in summer with a cold beer. Love that it's byo and we can drink al fresco. Looking forward to them installing heaters for winter and lights.

LOVE their pizzas! So delicious and fresh, and the staff are divine. Our family was devastated though, when they moved from Bayswater, as it means we can't have their pizzas as often as we'd like.
We’re addicted to Old Lira! It is hands down the best pizza we’ve had! So happy they came to Basso. Our favourites are the prawn and the sweet potato pizzas! Delish!
Delicious, traditional pizza that does not disappoint. 3 and 9 are favourites, along with the garlic bread. Generous servings, perfect flavour combinations, and a light dough that keeps well. Can't wait to try more of their menu.

The pizzas at Old Lira are fantastic! I love how different some of of flavours are with proper Italian ingredients. Every time I come here it never disappoints, it helps by the lovely staff too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Perth for pizza!
Really nice pizza very tasty with a top quality base and very good combination of topping definitely the the best we have had! Thumbs up guys! Will be back for more especially for summer nights.
A cosy little pizza shop, tasteful italian decor with neat tables and chairs and a great selection of books for kids and games for all ages - to play while U wait for your order. Delicious pizza with great crusty base and I had blue cheese base sauce with half and half greek lamb& asparagus / roast zucchini and shaved cheese. My son had ham and pineapple - generous with ham and pineapple! Will definitely go again.
Good pizzas with pretty good bases, great staff, and pizzas came out pretty fast in 20 minutes on a busy Friday evening. Skip the garlic bread, it smells incredibly good but doesn't taste like it smells, it wasn't very garlicky. For $5 you only get two narrow slices that taste a little bit like burnt toast, we were disappointed.
We tried the #10 Mushroom garlic and truffle pizza, it was good but couldn't taste the truffle oil at all so not sure if they forgot to put it on, or if there was so little of it that it was completely overpowered by the garlic. It was excellent as just a garlicky mushroom pizza though, I would recommend it!
Overall I would recommend this pizza place if you're in the area.
Very friendly staff, great service and BYO from the bottle shop next door. We ordered two pizzas, number's 1 and 9 on the menu. The pizzas were quite nice. We will definitely come here again.
Bloody delicious. Got the plain salami and the marinated chicken pizzas. Garlic bread good too. No photos. Ate it to quickly. 👌🍕
Visited this place so many times I have lost count. I have always been a fan of woodfire pizza but old lira has converted me to more modern cooked pizza. Thin crunchy and very flavoursome.
Only place we get pizza from. Great garlic bread, margarita pizza is awesome which is a sign of a solid pizza dough. Restaurant is byo if you want a drink with your meal. Lovely crew too.
