Review Kohlis Waterfront Indian Restaurant - Batemans Bay

Dined here while holidaying in Batemans Bay. The food was tasty and well spiced. Service was impressive. Staff even went to the trouble of entertaining our little daughter who was not in a very good mood that evening. Enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Highly recommended for lovers of good Indian food and hospitality.

Wow....I'm not joking here...some of the best Indian food I've ever had. As good as proper London style Indian. Loaded with flavour... And the Vindaloo is nice and spicy....got a nice mouth burn still after 15 mins. Well done team!!

Heartfelt thank you for the great sumptuous food to the management & staff at Kohli's Waterfront Indian Restaurant at Batemans Bay. It was a real culinary experience and the specials of Punjabi goat with the Paneer lababdar were simply finger licking. One of the best Indian meals we have had in a while. Special thanks for the amazing special drinks, those were something to taste and revive my palate. We will surely be back for more delightful tastes!

Good indian place with an amazing view. We had veg options today. Spices and taste was good. No food colouring used. Great taste.

A good Indian curry house in the area Vegetarian or Non-vegetarian thali is a must try. Improvements: Add more staff. Make use of outer sitting with more covering. It was unusable due to high speed winds.

Food is good (naan was v good), but outweighed by $3.90 for a small bit of chopped chilli... I feel attacked as an Indian. Also the espresso wasn't good...

This is a really nice restaurant. There are a lot of options for mains here, whether it be meat or vegetarian options. The portion sizes are good, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is always busy too, which is a good sign they are doing something right! The views of the Bay are nice too.

We placed our order over the phone and it was all there when we arrived. Was pretty expensive I think. The butter chicken was nice but the sauce a bit watery. The other dishes were similar. I reckon it's ok as an Indian place but not great. Not sure of the others in the area but if give them a go next time just to see. Also a bit of a pain to get to in the car.
