Even more annoying was the fact that the chef sent it back to us saying it was blue on the innermost area, seriously if we want a blue steak please cook a blue steak.

Had a steak of the moment. I asked for it to be ‘medium rare’ came out a little over ‘well’ near ‘well done’ and it was soo tough. My partner had a pasta which was also below average.
