Review Pantano's Bar & Grill. - Bathurst

Fiona is a lovely owner and always is so friendly to her customers. Food was so good and drinks were affordable and yummy.

Unfortunately staff need to be trained better on children with disabilities. My son has autism and rocks in his chair to calm himself down. It is not a danger as all four legs of the chair remains firmly planted on the ground. I was extremely disappointed when the waitress asked him to stop rocking in his chair. It annoyed me so much that I had to walk out before dessert arrived. My husband kindly paid the whole bill including dessert that we never ate. We hope that money goes towards better staff training.

Great service, not a too long wait time and the food was fantastic start to finish!

Not a bad spot for lunch. We ordered the Angus Beef Ribs and Chicken Caesar Wrap. The service was friendly and attentive. The meals came out quick enough. The Beef Ribs were slow cooked and fell apart, not sure about the secret sauce, I would’ve preferred a spice rub instead. The Chicken Caesar wrap was fresh, I just found all the ingredients a bit cold on a cool Autumn day, I would have enjoyed it more if the the wrap had a freshly cooked chicken schnitzel with a bit more Caesar salad dressing. Well worth a visit.

We had dinner here tonight. Very family friendly. Service is exceptional with every single staff member having a smile on their faces. I would drive all the way from Sydney and then drive home just for their pork ribs.

We got a takeaway steak with vegetables, chicken schnitzel kids meal, sticky date pudding & cheesecake. The steak was very tender but the mushroom sauce was small & gluggy. The vegetables were raw & the mash potato was a very small serving as well. The sticky date pudding was delicious & the cheesecake was nice but very small as well

Great staff, great service, great food and very generous portions. Beer was cold too. Reasonably priced and did not have to wait long.

Very disappointed with my visit on Saturday night. At $81 for 2 kids meals and the cheapest steak on the menu it was very expensive. I also got the prawn side for my steak. The steak was ordered as medium, it was closer to well done with a large piece of gristle and fat that I couldn't eat, as well as areas that were burnt, not seared. These issues made the steak very dry. The prawns were very overcooked, dry and rubbery with the tiny dish of garlic sauce on the side barely enough to make them edible. The worst issue was the pea sized piece of glass I found in my water glass. When I pointed it out to the bar staff no action was taken other than to replace my water glass, I had to ask for the jug of water that the water had come from to be replaced. I suggested that the glass probably came from the ice bin and the staff member agreed with me but did not do anything to empty out that bin in case of more glass in there. Nor was I offered any compensation. There were 3 children at our table that all drank from that water jug and no concern what so ever was shown that they could have swallowed some glass. Overall it would take a lot for me to ever return.

Travelling for work and had valentines dinner for one. Awesome steak cooked perfectly. Wait staff very friendly and the live music was an unexpected nice touch. Now i have my regular place for n Bathurst

Well done, Pantano's, on your excellent effort last Saturday evening. I, along with 50 others, had the pleasure of attending Gideon's wonderful 60th birthday celebration dinner. Expectation was high on arrival as the room looked fabulous with the layout and decorations. The main course options covered all culinary tastes and were served very quickly, especially considering the large crowd. Those arround me commented how much they enjoyed their choice. I had pork belly but the generous serve was more than I could finish. Next time there would love to see a champagne brut bottle on the wine list as sparkling Pinot Grigio doesn't cut it for many palates.

After quite a nice dinner, tiramisu dessert was spoilt by chocolate topping and drinking chocolate on the top and no one was served the ice cream we ordered with it.

Oh my god, the food here was great, there was 26 of us and there was no problems with any of our meals. Loved our waiter Kegan he was so much fun and very helpful...loved this place. Will come back again

Wow, service that you don't see these days. The friendliest of bar staff, the restaurant staff are awesome, it's definitely a place you want to spend time at. Not to forget that we had better seafood here than you do on the coast. The meals are great value and delicious �

Every year we go to Bathurst Pantanos is where we eat,they are so accommodating and will always give us a table,so thank you so much.Fiona and her staff are friendly and service is fantastic not to mention how lovely the food is.the only place to go

First time visiting and it was excellent Hubby had the ribs which were huge! And so much meat that was super tender , melt in your mouth and falling off the bone!! I had the pork belly with mash and veg , same deal ! so juicy and tender ! My daughter ate all of her meal and enjoyed the lovely complimentary vanilla icecream and my son loved his schnitzel Will be back again next time we visit Bathurst

Hands down the best beef ribs I've ever eaten. Huge, juicy, tasty and fall off the bone ��🖒�
