Review Zambrero Bathurst - Bathurst

Large serves at a reasonable price for a family of 4, nice friendly staff knew what they were doing. Not just another slap it together Takeaway.

We have tried making an order for Zambrero on 3 separate occasions through menulog. I'd like to give a review of the food but it unfortunately never gets that far, as they cancel the order. It is honestly disappointing that this has happened multiple times (never had a problem with ANY other business in Bathurst). If you are ordering food online, please try elsewhere, as at least then you'll have a chance of getting your order.

Staff, very friendly and understanding, and also very accommodating, with special requests for Keto substitutes, has been the only Zambreros I have encountered who are happy to exchange white rice for Cauliflower rice and not charge me. The serving size was also a wonderful surprise, Zambreros in Hamilton (Newcastle) West Gosford and Cessnock all charge additional $ for half the sized meal. Highly recommend Zambreros Bathurst. 🍴💛😁

Awesome!!! After a year of hearing the adds on the radio about the meals given away for every meal sold and wanting to see if it satisfied my new taste for hot foods, finally got myself in there a few months ago. The staff were extremely helpful in helping me find my ultimate meal. as a novice i went off the menu, still given options along every step, it wasn't long before i found my favourite combination. at least 5 different staff members contributed over time to the end result. It is always a friendly and clean place to go to with awesome service whether it's in the middle of a rush or if you are the only customer. Having received my 5th free meal today, great value for the fresh healthy food i now enjoy as often as i can. It was also amazing to be there one day and see a local (farmer) delivering locally grown produce, no wonder it always tastes so fresh

We love Zambrero food and the whole concept, however on Saturday night we were served by a really rude young girl who ruined our experience (the cash register girl was lovely though). My elderly Mum was with us, a newbie to the shop, and was treated poorly, by an impatient, unhelpful employee as were the rest of our family as she prepared our food. My Mum simply asked her to repeat a question and received a curt, eyerolling reply, several times. Please guys, not everyone knows the deal and deserves your time to explain the menu. Customers are your first priority and a smile goes a long way.

Customer service was very average. We were unacknowledged when we walked in store, staff stayed out back talking even though they had seen us come in. Never been to a Zambrero before in our lives. A simple "Hey guys, order over here when you're ready" would have been fine. Food was tasty but serving sizes are absolutely too small. Not sure if this is supposed to be part of the brand experience, bringing awareness to world hunger or something? But bottom line: not enough food for what we paid.

Zambrero's have a large menu to choose from and lots of new and delicious ingredients to make your wrap a Super Star! Plus for every meal you purchase they'll donate a meal. It's a win for all. Satisfy your hunger and get your Zambrero's on! :)

Had a man come into the store to disrupt staff and intimidate customers. I highly thank and commend the staff who dealt with the manner in such a professional way- putting their customers and younger staff's safety first.

Absolutely beautiful! The staff were super friendly, I was unsure what to have any the staff offered there suggestions which were so yummy! And my daughter loves the mini kids nacos! The place is super clean, bathroom tid and room for prams. We will be back

Had my first go at Zambrero today . Was impressed . Served by a lovely young lady who was very helpful . Would highly recommend .

Flavours were great but staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, didn't ask if we were eating in and for a Subway style place it was very expensive. Mexican is cheap to make so won't be back, sorry. Better value at many other restaurants in Bathurst.

My family loves Zambreros the flavours are unique but so delicious and even my 3 year old loves Zambreros. There should be more of these restaurants and less McDonalds this is most definitely the healthier option.
