Beyond disappointed. Ordered our meal through Red Rooster online.
Paid extra to have it delivered, left a special request with our order but they got it wrong.
Called the store to speak with the manager to have 2 corrected burgers delivered, first was told I can go drive there and collect the correc

We’ve experienced truly bad red rooster customer service at others, including failure to follow up head office directives.
NO THIS ONE. These guys were awesome. I can’t speak highly enough of them.
I always had good experience with red rooster, but 2 days ago we bought two chicken burgers and fries by drive thru. The burger patty was not hot and the fries were bit soggy. Looks like they prepared it before hand and given it to us. Not at all freshly prepared.
Went online to order for Mothers Day. Paid and received acknowledgement order had been received.
Went to pick up, nothing prepared they went to cook while we waited but didn't have a lot of what we hD ordered. Very disappointed.
Food quality has suffered for the last 6 months or so.
Used to get a Rooster Roll with breast meat. Now it's usually thigh meat and skin.
Chicken served recooked or reheat...bad serving! Chicken almost burned, turned dark! I don't know why they still served it to us.
I love Red Rooster. I would pick Red Roosters over it's competitors any day. I love how they prepare it after you put your order in. And how tasty it is. They will do as you ask.
