Nice spot. Coffee not amazing but passable. Savoury muffins alright too.
BEAUTIFUL coffee, $5.20 for an extra large. Food is sublime - highlights of the menu is the chicken salad, their breakfast and the amazing cakes and muffins (carrot & pistashio is to die for!) Happy, relaxing place. Very popular with the locals.
Cute little cafe with a great menu and we were able to order anything and have it take away which was great for lunch on the run. The display window is full of amazing looking food! Very small inside but practical. Will be back, thanks!
Pancakes are amazing. I've had the red velvet and the butter milk and they're SO good. Was really impressed with how fresh they came via Uber eats too!
The food is a bit overpriced for what it is. The food definitely isn't bad but not the best, I have had some great meals here but a few that were so so. The baked goods are generally very good though. The thing I dislike the most about this place is the atmosphere, the walls are all painted black and there is minimal lighting so everything is very dark, perhaps it would be good for a bar but not really the right vibe for lunch or a coffee.
The best coffee on King William street in my opinion. The food is made fresh and mostly healthy. Gluten free cake options and fresh fruit juices.
This place is an absolute gem! Have dined here a few times, but the red velvet pancakes have to be my favourite! Definitely for the sweet tooth! No standard whipped cream is used here, double, thick and creamy with Oreo crumble and syrup!
5/5 for the coffee!! I didn't have the food but the menu looks so amazing and when I got there at 7am they had just put out all the fresh muffins and cakes. It's smelt amazing !! I will definitely be back to try the shakshuka!!
Love this place. Cosy and eclectic with cool brica brac all round, great coffee and had a really tasty sundries tomato and spinach bake dish. Highly recommend. Service was very good too.
This hidden Bayswater Gem is definitely worth the visit. The coffee is delicious and in my opinion the best in the area. The menu has great options for everyone especially us non meat eaters and the cakes and pastries are to die for. Excellent value for money... It's not often you can leave full after breakfast and coffee for under $20 these days.
Love this place compared to the over populared place across the road. Sometimes the young ones on service are a bit slow or forgetful but you get that when learning about the service industry. Coffee and food is great which is the main point
Stopped in on the way home from a grueling ride around Kalamunda-Mundaring Weir, and ran into a fallen tree on the shoulder of the road which catapulted me off my bike quick smart. Feeling pretty beaten up, sore all over, and all out of water, I stumbled across this place and I'm so glad I did! A large and very delicious mocha, and a chance to regroup my battered body to get me home the stretch was just what I needed! Inhaled the mocha, got a cool water top up and was on my way again.
The cake cabinet looked inviting with a colourful array of treats. A small space outside to sit which is pleasant, if not a little noisy with quite a bit of traffic.
Friendly staff inside, and clean toilets out the back.
Everyday I came to this cafe, and had a cup of coffee.

Great little cafe with a funky feel, good atmosphere. Lovely coffee, awesome cakes and tasty choice of lunches. Can't believe some prefer the one over the road. Spoke to proprietor who said they will soon be open Sundays as well
Love this local cafe! Great little cubbyhole. I ordered the chai latte and have had other coffees through a few visits, never disappoints! Went in for lunch the other day and thoroughly enjoyed their innovative chorizo plate. Small selection on the menu but different from usual cafe style food, however the flies around the cakes are a bit off putting. The staff are always friendly and ready to help! Will recommend :)
Great neighbourhood cafe. Wide range of treats (including gluten free option) as well as your pick of coffee roasts. Don't skip on the hot chocolate either, Belgian chocolate and silky milk is just sensational.
Nice little coffee shop, I really like the coffee because I think they put salted chocolate on the cappuccino and it's made quite hot, which I prefer.
A great little find on the Baysie strip. Just got a couple of take away coffees this time and it was one of those cups that tasted better every sip! The menu looked good enough to come back and try. Looking forward to that!
The only downside is not being open on Sunday. Whaaaat?! Totally missing a trick.
Our favourite coffee place in the area. Wonderful coffee made with passion. Delicious savoury muffins. Lovely owner who remembers your order :)
Beautiful fresh cakes made on site and great coffee and great rolls and burgers for lunch or snacks , great decor and friendly staff a neighbourhood gem
Tastiest GF brownie ever. Crunch on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle. Yummo!
Unexpected cool spot. Nice ambiance and coffee. I will definitely come back to try other dishes in the menu

Loved this quirky little coffee shop hidden away at 3 King William Street, Bayswater.
There was such a delicious variety of Beverages and Cakes that I did not even take a sneak peak of the menu, will will do next time.
Our Kommuniti Kafe meetup was awesome and we look forward to visiting again soon.
Loved our first meal at this cafe. Awesome food and coffee, heaps of gluten options and huge range of menu options
Food delicious and fresh, staff very pleasant and efficient. Definitely recommend.
Love atmosphere here , nice cafe ,friendly service , yummy food . must try their panini. one of the best in town
Best Mocha coffee I've had in Perth!
We were walking and stopped for a little snack. We got a gluten free brownie and it was the best I have ever had! I was surprised it was that cheap, only $4! It looked so good we didn't even take a picture and we ate it in 2 seconds. After that we decided to get more things and we got eggs benedict on gluten free toast. The bread was amazing! We thought that they made a mistake, so we double checked with the waiter and he confirmed that it's GF. We couldn't believe how good it was for being a gluten free bread! We were very full but when we left we decided to get a coffee too. Everything was so yummy that we thought that the coffee will be too. Of course it was, we got a flat white lactose free take away and was very nice. We totally reccomend this place!!! We loved everything and we will come back for sure! We want to try the rest of the menu.
The food was good and yummy. The coffee was okay. Nice place and easy to get to by public transport!
