My hubby and I have become obssessed with Bahn Mi because of this shop! Both their roasted pork and crackling pork bahn mi's are to die for!
Polite and friendly staff, they have their days, the place is small and can be really cramped when they are busy and food kinda messy on those days but either than that delicious and worth it, there is a reason the shop gets cramped cause it’s good.
This small shop may appear quiet externally, but it is almost always constantly busy inside - all because of its incredible roast pork banh mi. The owners there have an impressive 3-4 person production line operating, with several pork crackling/bellies cooking in ovens simultaneously to cater for hungry workers and locals. The servings are overly-generous, and the vegetables are fresh and crunchy. The bread is crisp and fluffy and certainly not old.Other dishes at this place struggle to hold a candle to the standard of the banh mi here, but they are decent if you feel like something a little lighter.
Have only tried the pork belly with crackling bahn mi from here and it is delicious and great value for $8! Generous serving of meat and salad in a crusty roll. Quick service!
Love the beef rice paper rolls
Found the meat in the rolls to be too fatty/chewy. Firstly I thought it was just the pork rolls but then I ordered a BBQ chicken one recently and I found the same problem.

Decent pork rolls that satisfy my banh mi cravings without having to travel 30 mins over to Springvale. Don't mind the addition of onions and lettuce in the classic pork rolls here.
People go crazy over the pork crackling rolls here (going for $7 a roll!!) but it's too much meat for me and the crackling is often too tough for my weak ass jaw. Kudos to them for making their own pork crackling meats though.
Staff are great, they don't skimp in the fillings and make sure to greet every customer within 10 seconds of them walking in
My partner and love this place!!!! The owners are very friendly and serve delicious rolls. The really fill up the rolls. My partner loves the pork belly roll and I'm a big fan of their veggie rolls.
The greatest pork rolls in Melbourne. I thought High St Preston had great pork rolls but this place is awesome. And the owners are so friendly, great spot.

This is a very clean venue with friendly quick service and very reasonable price. They beat any I've had in Springvale or Footscray
Really good rolls. The roast pork rolls are my favorite and they never skimp on the mayo and pâté. Staff are always really friendly also. They're not springvale roll cheap, but with no other competition in the area for this type of Vietnamese they can charge a little more. And I think they're worth it.

Banh mi!! Had the pork crackling and was so yum!! So many people coming in on a pretty quiet Monday, must be a bit of a hidden gem in Bayswater. Really lovely people too :)
