Review Eaton Gardens Chinese Restaurant - Beaumont Hills

Went here to celebrate my Aunty's Birthday came in a huge crowd of 16. All the food came out really fast and stand out was something the waitress recommended that's not on the menu Fried Pork with Vinegar ( it was a bit sweet and sour), Children loved the Honey Chicken, and both adults and children finished the The Salt and Pepper Calamari really fast. The fried rice was what you get at most Chinese Restaurants. I liked the sizzling schezuan beef but the serving was really small and had heaps of onions. Everything was tasty. You wont be disappointed.

I booked a group of 30pax for a birthday dinner. And pre-ordered my menu ahead of days to expect that we will be prioritised and serve the food once we all arrive (as promised by the booking attendant on the phone). When we all arrived, tables were ready and everyone is seated and assisted by the attendant which is good. The waiting time went for 1hr before the food came out staggered between 10mins for the 6dishes per table. Everyone was complaining that food were served one by one at all at the same time or at least close to that. The night were busy but some who came after us and takeaways were served before us which i think was not a good service at all. To my eyes they took advantage of the night by keeping us waiting that long. The man i confirm was rude and yelling. He actually broke a couple of plates in front of us when we were leaving the place because he was rushing out. The lady servant who booked my appointment and one other lady servant were fine and checked us from time to time but i think they need more servants for that night. I give 2 stars due to the poor customer service and for leaving us last to be served which is very important for us that night hence i pre-booked everything as they promised to deliver but did not. I hope they can do something about this feedback to gain trust and retain customers!

Ordered home delivery which took forever. When we rang we were told it was delivered. Finally when it turned up the lemon chicken didn't have any lemon chicken sauce, dim sums had no sauce and the honey prawns had no honey to pour onto them. Used to be an amazing restaurant but unfortunately not this time.

As soon as we arrived we were angrily yelled at by an old asian man worker to sit down before we even got to the counter. our whole interaction with him was him screaming and when we couldn’t understand his instructions because we were in shock as to why we were being treated that way, he got even louder and ruder. there were two other families there already seated so it wasn’t busy or anything it was a completely unnecessary reaction. we only came for pick up. The food was okay so thats why 3 stars but I will not be returning here.

Understanding the uber eats app does tend to bring about contention with businesses, but the service from the resturant being 40 minutes late and turning away our first delivery partner, as they were too busy, saying they would cancel the order was disappointing to hear. As they are able to turn this app off if cooking is too much of a hassle. Not only was the food late, also quality was below average, as it seemed to be cooked with the attitude of "its only uber" mentality and missing two parts of the order.

For those who are looking for an authentic and clean Chinese restaurant look no further! I accidentally stumbled across this restaurant and was not disappointed at all. As I lived in China for several years, you must believe me when I say that the food provided is authentic. Not only that but the owners and waiters there appear to be very friendly and kind. Will definitely be back!

I hadn't Eaton here before today but I'm glad i finally did. All those years driving and walking past this little family owned restaurant has me realising that I've wasted many opportunities to eat here before. The staff here are great and help you feel like you've been eating as a part of their family for years. I would struggle to pick any one dish aa favourite as all 4 dishes we tried were amazing. Will try to bring family and friends to eat here in the near future 🤤🤤

Popped in for some dinner on the weekend with family. Found the food to be average and the staff a little pushy. Probably wouldn’t go back again.

Fabulous place and some very authentic Chinese food. We had a delectable few dishes here like the amazing deep fried Walsu duck with a sweet and sour sauce, the spicy kung-po chicken, chicken chow mein noodles, mini spring rolls and some amazing fried rice.

They also offered us complimentary chocolates to finish the meal and their attention to detail and excellent customer service definitely makes me want to visit this place again.

This restaurant deserves a solid 4 and misses out on a higher rating due to the price. However, if you dine at this restaurant with more people (at least 4 adults), that then lowers the cost per person and you can order more dishes. Mostly hits but there are some misses. Overall the food is tasty and consistent and the service has always been good during the dozen or so times we've dined at Eaton Garden. One of the better Chinese restaurants in the Hills shire.

Overpriced, below average food and inept service. The ice cream and topping was the highlight! Soups weren't brought out at the same time, took 3 times until someone remembered to bring out sauces. Don't recommend the banquet - better value to order dishes you would like.

Smart interior. Service good with constant checks if you need anything.

Food was good with good presentation. Very popular. Booking on the same day not always a guarantee of a place.
Disappointing - you should dine elsewhere. The food was not very nice, especially considering the considerable price, and the staff were unfriendly. There are a lot of much better Chinese restaurants around.
