Complained over phone and they just deny it.
"Never happen and can not be like that because we cook it for 7 minutes belt oven".
Need to check belt oven itself.

Ordered a spicy veggie pizza last night and was delivered the meat equivalent. I tried to call 6 times however could not get through and there was no other way to contact the store. As I am vegetarian I could not eat it.
Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Forget ringing the general line the voice activation is hopeless. It cannot recognize your voice and then hangs up on you. Come on guys you cant blame this on Covid19.
When you're craving for a stuffed crust pizza. Pizza Hut got it! We had our Pizza meal with my friends after we exercised. The irony! The pizza toppings were generous, staff is nice and helpful.
Ordered a BBQ Beef which is advertised as Lightly seasoned beef& mozzarella on rich BBQ sauce. Mine came with beef, the mushroom and onion added as additional toppings plus drizzle sauce but no cheese. Yep, take a look at the pics no cheese on that pizza. Will not buy Pizza Hut again.
Badly cooked pizza where the toppings just drip off, the wings tasted bad, poor quality food.
What happened to Pizza Hut? This brand used to be amazing.
It is almost 20 years, finally I came to Brisbane.
And I could buy my favorite 'Pizza Hut' pizza, "Barbecue Meat Lover".
I am really happy to taste it again with memories.
