Terrible experience! Even though the waiters try hard to accommodate, you can tell they have not been properly trained. They lack of knowledge in the menu and customer service. The Menus are out of date; they don't serve many things that are in their menu. and they don't tell you until you order

The service was really slow on a Friday night, not a lot of people there. They messed up two people's order from the table next to mine. Overall, the food was pretty good and tasty and the tap beer was quire crisp and refreshing, which is why I scored 3 stars rather than 2.

Great setting and a nice selection of dishes that you don't tend to see at home. The steak was cooked perfectly and the chips were perfectly seasoned (if only I wasn't watching my carbs, I could have had more of them). One of the best features was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
