Review Belgrave Bakery - Belgrave

Christian Paleka
My early morning go to bakery in Belgrave for cappuccino's, bacon scrolls, croissants etc. Freshly Baked.....

Many options of pastries, pies, sandwiches and desserts. I loved the rolls, especially for the bread. The owner is a baker too and has a strong Italian accent, which is everything that I expect from a great bakery. The authenticity is present in every food. Highly recommend and will go back when it's possible.

My goodness your custard donuts are the cats pyjamas. I ordered 8 this evening and she gave me 9. Best ever. Favourite bakery.

Great little bakery, made a good cup of tea(hard to get in Melbourne), nice food and lovely staff as well as well priced. Although no steak bake or 4 sausage rolls for a quid like a Gregg's. But much better quality.

I love this place! It has the feel of a family business and without being nor looking fancy it has the smell and the taste of the good things, the ones made with love and good ingredients. Couldn't recommend it more!!!! :)

Genuine Italian pasticceria with lovely skippy items too. You can't beat the quality or price of the mini donuts - 5 for $5 in generously filled jam, nutella or custard flavours (tissue pack for a frame of reference).

Great food, great prices, great service. Shets all over Cockatoo bakery.

A pleasure to have a freshly baked croissant so early in the morning when so many more up market cafes peddle stale items as fresh. The coffee was only barley serviceable, however, and owing to the lack of internal seating (C19 scare?) I had to endure single digit temperatures on the pavement outside. A major positive is the availability of the shop, it being a very early bird prepared to catch the early worms.

Absolutely our favourite bakery in The Hills! Food is always delicious and fresh, coffee is THE best, staff are lovely and there's always so much to choose from!

Your lemon biscuits are fantastic!!!

Love it to bits. The staff is incredibly friendly and always smile. The pies (though stock is sometimes low) are incredible. They seem small, but really tasty and packed with goodness. The breads are incredible - we've tried light rye, hi-tin and ciabatta - all very good and well priced. Also one of the few places I have found to sell Vanilla Coke. The muffins are very good too!

Pretty good bakery.
We always get the vanilla slices and the pies are very hearty and delicious as are the milkshakes!
A nice country style bakery.

I went here recently for a vegie pastie. I expected it to at least be average. With 3 other Bakeries in town, poor quality food will send people elsewhere. The Vegie Pastie was flavorless and basically was a potato pastie. Not going back.

The Pies are Fantastic and so are the Sausage Rolls. I am a local and have been coming here for years. The pies and sausage rolls are fantastic and there are also vegetarian options for people who are into that sort of thing. Notice how the previous poster from 'Sydney' said the pies were bad and at the same time played up the opposition - Chocolate Sensation, obviously a Chocolate Sensation Troll.

I am a great fan of this little bakery and would recommend it to anyone. On the other hand the only thing sensational about Chocolate Sensation is it's outrageous prices and poor customer service!

Your best to exercise your own judgment when deciding where to spend your hard earned cash.

Terrible pies. The pie was 75% pastry, very disappointing for a bakery, the filling (what little there was) wasn't that good either. If you get the chance try a pie at Gembrook Bakery or pizza down the road, Chocolate Sensations is also worth mentioning if you are after dessert.

Best Bakery in Belgrave!. We love coming up to Belgrave and Sherbrook, and this bakery is our fav, yummy, really well priced for sandwiches and cakes, and much better for a simple lunch than some other cafes in Belgrave. Great coffee too!
