The Purple Carrot - Bellingen - Photo album

Friendly staff, very busy place on a Sunday. Enjoyed the coffee but wait in food was too long so coffee was done and dusted before meal arrived. Clean toilet. Parking is on the street. Interesting place to sit and watch the " alternative lifestyles " Searing both inside and outside. Seems one of the
Presented well, fresh and tasty. Staff were lovely especially on the public holiday long weekend morning and very quick considering how busy it was. Would definately go back in the future.
Eggs consistently overcooked. Be prepared to wait in a cosey courtyard outside. Aside from overcooked eggs, food pretty good. Coffee good! Nice place for informal gatherings.
Man that falafel and beetroot salad was good. So many interesting flavours - zesty, sour, sweet, earthy. Coffee was good too Impressed Good work
Simple delicious food. Can make dishes vegan on request. Very welcoming owner
Great place to fill up and chill out for a bit while in Bellingen. I had the Breakfast Bruschetta with a side of mushrooms, great flavours, all delicious and cooked perfectly. Great coffee too.
Meals were excellent, although they were rather over priced. $17 for a vegetarian burger with no side of salad or chips, pretty disappointing. Customer service was great. Chai latte had good flavour but again could have been much better value for money. Very nice courtyard setting in the back garden
Relaxing spot for breakfast sitting in their sunny courtyard. Great coffee and my daughter gave them two thumbs up for their grilled haloumi and tomato toastie made with locally baked sourdough.
