Review Diggers Tavern - Bellingen

Great value for money. We called in on Sunday night of long weekend and it was busy. We were watching the kitchen work from our seat and were impressed by their efficiency, the chef was moving fast! Food was delicious, I had the Sunday roast pork with crackling, apple sauce, gravy, roast potato (3 potatoes!), pumpkin and steamed vege (zucchini, carrots, broccoli, beans & peas!!). Saw a lot of other meals come out, all big portions, certainly get your money's worth. Would certainly eat here again.

Fantastic food, fast service, huge meals, very good on price

A great spot to kick back with a beer and good pub food. It was a solo visit for me on an overnight in Bello, so a table for one it was. A couple of beers and juicy lamb rack. Would definitely return.

Good pub grub that's geat value for money. Friendly staff. Weekly specials. Note there is an extra charge ($2.50) to not have gravey slopped over you food. Shame you have to walk through a smoking zone to get in.

50 bucks for 2 serves of fish and calamari that was disgusting. both had the texture of rubber and nothing seasoned. soggy chips to top it off.

We spent a very comfortable night in one of the clean and well appointed motel rooms out the back. Bar service and bisro food very good - great "roast of the day"

Waited 20 minutes on hold to order food heard here take at least 30 other orders why was I placed on hold and put behind other customers??? And still charged me full price may I also add that I ended up walking up there while I was still on hold lined up and got served lining up before I did on the phone terrible service
