The customer service here is always terrible. They don’t listen to you properly, they get your order wrong and they talk to like a mate from school instead of a paying customer. Food was good but the tables had not been wiped down and floors looked like a rubbish tip.
Horrible experience waited 30 minutes just for just chips and a couple of sauces and the bins and floors was not clean nor was the bins l have never ever see this bad and some of the worker weren’t wearing hats or not wearing KFC work uniform properly
I get the exact same order multiple times a week. Have for months now. Last order they omitted items. Unacceptable. Not going back.

i have been sent wrong orders multiple of times. today i asked for supercharge to be on the burger but they did not put it and had hardly any lettuce. as you can see on the picture there was a piece of hair in the burger. i dont know why belmont kfc still exists. i will never be ordering from here a
