Review Domino's Pizza - Belmont

I normally order from this store and they are okay. Delivery staff usually delivery within a fairly quick time of ordering. But twice now (today and once previous) I have ordered pepperoni puff rolls that are made with dough instead of puff pastry, and pizza sauce inside (which is not a part of the ingredients) with about one piece of pepperoni inside. I've tried calling the store four times in the past 20 minutes (2pm in the afternoon) and no one is answering.

Made this pizza and then says we cannt do anything about this. Nobody replied to my online complaint as well. Instead of being nice, one of the guy says I cannt give you free pizza voucher, which I didnt ask for. I dont need free food from you. If you had some sense how to serve customers, you should have apologised.

Pathetic Service - I called store minimum 6 times and no answer and I ended up ordering online. I added special instructions for the pizza that never happened. Finally my phone was answered and was very rude service over the phone. Onions were not fresh, some of the slices only had cheese and sauce as you can see in picture. This wasn’t cut properly - I had video but was unable to upload it. When we called the store they were unable to make a replacement and they advised you can call tomorrow and speak to the owner. Will NEVER MEVER GO Back

The most disgusting service. The manager is just horrible, forgot items from my order told me he would go back to the store and return with my items. After an hour and twenty minutes he was still a no show, I called him to ask how much longer it would be only to be hung up on. So I went to the store to collect missing items only to be abused by the manager, and lied to. Clearly incapable of providing any customer service let alone delivering an order correctly. I have contacted head office only to be ignored also. Have noticed that this behaviour and treatment of customers is a usual occurrence for him, and head office doesn’t seem to care. Extremely disappointing. Won’t use Domino’s ever again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Don't no why you get these bad reviews,I have been buying my pizza's there for so many years and have never had a bad one. Just bought a Supreme and Meat Lovers thin and crispy base and they were fantastic,always save some for tomorrow and even after reheating in oven for 10 minutes still jummy.

Terrible customer service. Lied about an order I never received. My 3 children we’re waiting for dinner. We waited over 3hrs. I was hung up on over 6 times. I Was told I would have to go pick up which wasn’t an option. Hence why I ordered as delivery. I would like my money back that’s been taken of my card. Absolutely appalling business!

TLDR: Poorly made Pizza. Unethical manager and owner behavior - most likely skimming money off the top. $28 for this. A New Yorker (huge base) with the amount of toppings you'd expect on a normal sized pizza. They tried to tell me it looked "exactly" like the images online. When I went in and asked for it remade properly the manager was very rude and just shoved a ($22) refund in my face. I worked a Domino's for 2 years. I know this is ridiculous and something shady is going on. This franchise owner is most likely putting less on the Pizza to have lower stock costs and more in his bank.

It wouldn't let me enter ZERO unfortunately.....    garbage..... nothing substantial on their pizza's and the @#$%%#@'s charge for EVERY PIZZA'S DELIVERY SEPARATELY (AND SIDES)?  hahaha,..... so for 39 grams of identifiable meat on 2 pi$$ ant sized pizza's and a few wings.... you gotta pay over $60 for them to deliver this crap 500m?  Everyone - just go red rooster.... or ummmm, actually anything else - will beat their overpriced home delivery hands down and everyone gets to eat enough.  Shame on you Dominos.  Never again

As good as northbridge and I didn't think we'd find that in the burbs - given we used to live walking distance from dominos northbridge. Awesome with delivery time and toppings have been perfect each time, can't ask for much more than that!

Lots of improvement. I must say the new Chef Best pizzas are actually good. And cheap too, with the vouchers. The meat lovers one is seriously yummy. I always order online and it gets delivered really quickly and is always hot. Give it a go. P.S. The dessert sampler is a must-try as well.
