Mother's Day Delight Had a fantastic meal at Cucina One 12 at Belmont Geelong. Heard good things about this place and boy was I impressed. The staff are excellent and welcome you with a smile, especially Charlie . She is well versed with the menu and drinks list and offered excellent suggestions. I had the salt and pepper calamari as entree, pork belly served with sweet potato for main accompanied by sticky date pudding for desert. All this for a set price of $35 on Mother's Day. Fabulous!!! The food was flavoursome and delicious especially on a busy day like today. Clearly the chefs are a capable lot. The portions are large with generous servings. I strongly suggest this restaurant if you are looking for a wholesome and delicious meal. It was certainly worth the drive from Melbourne. Cheers.

We were in town only for the night and our Airbnb host recommended this place. I simply love the service!!! Professional and warm at the door by a male server and Briley who gave us lovely recommendations from entrees to mains and cocktails.I ordered a pink taxi as it was her favourite and it’s comes in an eclectic pink! The calamari is tender and paired with a refreshing salad. The mains are generous in portions with fresh seafood. The sticky date pudding is soft. Go for the $35 3-course meal! Definitely worth it and the place’s really crowded with indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are affordable and value for money with the set.

Yes it’s real for $33 for 3 courses dinner! Was too good to be true that I had to double check with the staff. Friendly service and you get to choose a starter, main (not pictured) and desserts for $33!! Can definitely see why it’s busy so best to book. The portions are filling and food quality was great for the price. I would recommend and happily take friends and family back just for the bargain dinner! Also $7 mocktails are delish!

Love this place. Been 3 times over the past 2 months. Excellent value for money. Main and Entree or dessert $28 or Entree, main and dessert $33. Cocktails $12. Food well presented with excellent service. We will keep going back.

We dined tonight and both got the 3 courses for $35- excellent price and value. Good portion sizes and tasty meals. Service was superb- friendly staff. Only slight downfall was we were seated outside near the entry way so it was rather cold- although outside heaters were on. Just a bit breezy!

This is one place where you want to start at the top of the menu and work your way down. We had the chef's special (two choices) and they were both awesome. Staff are engaging and clearly love their work. Serves are generous and we struggle just having a two course meal. Parking is easy and the place is very easy to find. Excellent value and kid friendly.

The Food is delicious 🤤👌🏻from entrées, mains, pasta🍝,pizza🍕and desserts. They’ve a great assortment of wines, cocktails and soft drinks. It’s a good place to celebrate an important date or simply to enjoy a meal. Many comments talk about the noise or loud, but it’s a restaurant, there is always a lot of noise. They’ve takeaway if you want to avoid that. But the service at the restaurant is really nice and friendly. An amazing experience to spend with your family and friends.

The food was great and we were taken care of really well despite it being a busy evening! A very lovely place and the quality is Value for money! Cheerful service is a huge bonus to good food!!

Kitchen looked dirty which did not make me very encouraged to eat their food... only made me imagine what a longer more in depth look at where the food was being prepared would look like

Food is subpar<br/>I expected some good traditional Italian food and what I received tasted like it came out of a can, <br/>Nothing tasted fresh I could do better at home! There's a lot of room for improvement.

Service was terrible could never find a waitress when you needed one! <br/>Food took over an hour to come out I ordered a med-rare porterhouse steak it came out well-done I didn't eat any of it and just decided to leave, I was really looking forward to it and was so disappointed!

We have been going to this restaurant for many years and could always rely on great service and excellent food.  Our last visit was a very sad disappointment. The standard of food has dropped so dramatically it is hard to believe it the same restaurant. For the first time in my life I was unable to eat a meal as it was so unappetising.  Very disappointing - hire an actual chef!

The food in this Italian restaurant is rather good for an establishment in an area not renown for its cuisine. The meatballs, a house speciality, were very nice but spoilt by having far too much cheese on them. Similarly the chicken parmigiana was tasty but the accompanying chips were far to salty rendering them inedible and spoiling the overall enjoyment of the meal. A note to the chef, please let the diners decide how much salt they want!<br/>The one big downside of this restaurant is the noise level when the place is full. Some noise is generally an indication that people are enjoying themselves but the levels on the night we were there were such that normal conversation was impossible. Sound deadening boards in the ceiling and soft furnishings on the walls and on the expansive window will not go amiss.

If ingredients could make music, the tables at Cucina One 12 would give Beethoven a run for his money.<br/><br/>The place is located in the heart of the quaint and lovely suburb of Belmont. The ambience is warm, and the service is the ideal balance of friendly and professional.<br/><br/>We were there last Thursday evening (around 7.00). And if someone knows what one means when they say that Thursday is the new Friday, it's us Pivotonians.<br/><br/>The restaurant was full, with only one other table available besides the one we tagged - and they have quite a few tables, too!<br/><br/>The cheesy garlic flatbread was - as God intended it - the bread nice n flat, the cheese melted, but didn't burn the insides of your mouth (believe me, I've had it done to me at another unspeakable joint).<br/><br/>We ordered the vegetarian pizza, which my vegetarian mother devoured with surprising gusto (she's not big on food in general, so that says something).<br/><br/>I ordered to calamari salad, a preparation so beautiful even the concerned squid didn't regret it.<br/><br/>And Nutella panna cotta with caramel cream - light, creamy and oh-so decadent!!! Let's just say if I died that night, I'd have left this world with no regrets.<br/><br/>It's one thing when someone knows what they're doing. It's a totally different world when someone knows what they're doing and they're doing it with love.<br/><br/>Such is a world that you will find inside the doors of Cucina One 12.<br/><br/>And if you haven't been there yet, you're missing out.

We ordered online for a pickup. Family pizza: half BBQ Chicken, half Aussie. The shop was busy. My pizza took 40min from Order to being ready, in-fact when I arrived at the set time, it hadn't been started, but that's probably the fault of the online system, rather than the shop, as they were pretty busy. Pizza bases are weighed, rolled & prepared fresh to order. Toppings are generous.

Pasta is extremely bland. Gnocchi was shocking. Pizzas are just okay. Could not recommend this place to anyone. Used to be good but avoid...

I have been a very loyal customer and I am still getting ripped off by them adding an extra meal or an extra wine.  It has been time and time again but still no better. Very frustrated as this has happened again. Disappointing and I will not be attending again.

Never disappointed!!!. Menu terrific, service friendly and fast, food amazing, highly recommended.<br/>Always an enjoyable evening and always busy with customers. Fantastic and tasty. 3 courses for $30. Beautiful 5 star food. Great fast service and it was packed. Would definitely return. 10/10.

Great Food. My parents & I went to Cucina 112 on Saturday September 13 for dinner and enjoyed some great food. We all ate different things but every meals was delicious!

I am now boycotting Cucina One 12 in Belmont. I have always ordered my pizza from there but never eaten in. Today I go to eat in the cafe and was embarrassed and the lady in there made a huge scene yelling at me from one end of the restaurant to the other because I had a pusher in their busy restaurant. After the whole restaurant looked at me I ended up walking out when I was told because I have a baby and a pusher I couldn't sit in the main restaurant. How embarrassing. Cucina one 12 should be ashamed!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Would definitely return no question about it.

Good service. This place always seems busy, but their terrific staff handle it very well and their service is excellent. I've tried both gnocchi and risotto and enjoyed them both, while my partner had no complaints about his pizza either.

Restaurant food has gone downhill in the last 18 months, won't eat in again. However! Take away pizza is amazing (high st special) definitely one of the best pizza places in Geelong (pizza in restaurant was tiny, same price as large take away and no where near as good...go figure)

Cold food. Pizza tasted like a cheap frozen one. Pasta was reasonable. Average overall.

NO FLAVOUR AT ALL. Just felt like pizza recently and went and picked it up, brought it home and was very disappointed. It was some variation on a supreme so had lots of ingredients but not one of them had any flavour at all and it was dry. Wouldn't have believed it was possible but they managed it!

Neutral. My Seafood spaghetti in Napoli sauce was very nice for a $10 lunch, bits of fish, a scallop and a prawn. Well balanced with fresh parsley on top, but could have done with some chilli on the side. My partners chicken, mushroom and avocado fettuccini had nicely cooked pasta, fresh ingredients but unfortunately was too heavy on the oil. The pizza garlic bread was too dry and not much garlic. Service was pleasant. I'd go back to try another lunch item for a tenner.

Delicious food,friendly service. Last minute Friday night decision to try this restuarant after hearing very good reviews. Phoned ahead and was lucky enough to book last remaining table. Service was very attentive and prompt, with table water brought to the table immediately. Waiter was very friendly and happy to recommend a few menu favourites. We ordered the house special shiraz and a sauv blanc ($7.00each). Started with three shared tapas ($24.00) all delicious. Mains were back strap of lamb with feta, capiscum and egg plant and a eye fillet with scallop potato and bacon, with asparagus and onion jam,both excellent value under $30.00. Could not resist the meringue with mascarphone lemon topping and coffee panna cotta (10.00each) all made on premise, with good coffee. Plenty of interesting pizza, pasta and rissottos on menu under $20 to chose from, which we will try on a return visit shortly. Terrific to dine out and come away feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Congratulations. Cucina One12 restaurant is a credit to the owner. He has been able to adapt to the financial environment and<br/>produce great meals at a very reasonable price. The restaurant is clean<br/>and the service efficient. <br/>This restaurant is extremely popular for lunch and it may be advisable to book.

Pizza, pasta & risottos are all well priced, any other mains are quite expensive for what you get. We got cannelloni which was missing ingredients & a bit flavorless. Pizza was ok but nothing special. Staff are very friendly though, service was terrific. But you are paying for a feed & there are better italian restaurants in Geelong
