Cake looks and tatses fantastic, good prices if you're looking for a party/celebration cake. Amber was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond with customer service!

Cake we got was even better than the photo we showed to make a similar cake and the customer service from Leah was superb. Yes the taste was also the best.

Thankyou! Holly was very patient and kind when I was ordering the cake. The event was cancelled due to a Covid scare. I was then given a full refund. I was blown away by the customer service. Well done to you all.

Would like to thank the Belmont Cheesecake Shop for helping me out with the perfect cake after Booking with the North Geelong store over a week ahead for a cake then told me when I came to pick up that they no longer made that size cake and didn’t bother making the cake for me or to tell me sooner in time. Thank you for saving the day and giving such amazing customer service! 😊

Rang up at 3pm today to order a Black Forest midi cake and picked the cake up at 5:30pm. We have just served the cake at 7pm and the middle of the cake is frozen solid. It was not very appetizing and not the type of cake that you could heat up in the microwave. What a waste of money.

Recently I had very bad experience with Cheesecake shop assistant (Old above 50’s) She talked with me very rudely when I told her to improvise on my cake. I’ve been a regular customer of Cheesecake shop and delivering cakes from last 6 months but the attitude of her is not right and I’ve observed many times. (P.S. I’ve no personal grudges and she might be really a good person but her attitude for service is not right)

Went into the Cheesecake Shop in Belmont and I am shocked with amount of bad customer service that shop brings to Geelong. I went in there today to get my birthday cake, it was a hot day and I had my dogs with me (if you can't sit in your car and your hot, then it is WAY too hot for your dogs) we got them out of the car and proceed to tie them up outside (THERE WAS NO WHERE TO TIE THEM UP!) so we picked them up and bought them inside with us. The chef then proceed to tell us that she wouldn't allow dogs, we told her that it was too hot for them to be left in the car and outside and said she didn't care and to take them outside. Why would I leave my dog outside where there is no water provided or a place to even tie your dogs up!, start providing water bowls for dogs maybe? The service was VERY slow and I nearly turned around and told the Chef that I wasn't even going to buy my birthday cake. But we decided to get it anyways. But in conclusion, I am never going to the Cheesecake Shop ever again, there are multiple stores in Geelong that I have been to and been able to take my dog into a food environment. Cheesecake Factory, you've lost FOUR customers due to this incident and I'm not happy with the customer service. Time to check your staff because I've heard many bad reviews too. Thanks for doing your worst!

Sweets to die for! Thank you for making our special days, that much more special with your amazingly delicious sweets. Whether it be your fabulous, and my personal favorite, the lemon meringue pie, or one of the many wonderful flavored cheese cakes, and desserts,they are always a huge hit of the day.

I ordered a three stack cake (decorated) with very short notice (4days) for my daughters 18th. It was delivered on time, and was absolutely perfect. She loved the decoration. Highly recommend this store.

I requested a dozen chocolate cupcakes with different colors for a work afternoon tea and the cheesecake shop did a brilliant job. The cakes were deliciously moist and everyone loved them. Thank you. I'll be back!

I’ve ordered my baby 1st birthday cake from them and it come melted!! And the cream layer from the sides of the cake sticked into the box of it. That’s was horrible
