Ambience is extremely beautiful and spotless. Decent prices and decent food and coffee. Exceptional service from the staff. Very impressed.
Decor is lovely and bright and love the flowers at the front. I tried various dishes for brunch and favourites would have to be the fish and chips & avocado burger. There's plenty of desserts. So many choices that it was hard to pick one. They were all nice so I couldn't pick a favourite. Really good coffees and my friends tried the freakshakes too. Overall a good place for coffee & cake, or brunch with friends.
Spacious, clean and comfortable, the Bakehouse located inside Canterbury Leagues Club is open 24/7 for your dining pleasure. There’s a nice choice of bistro menu food like burgers, sandwiches and salads, plus a wide array of desserts. We had the Angus beef burger and a barramundi burger special as well as drinks and a mezze plate. I particularly enjoyed the fish burger which was nicely seasoned and served in a soft bun.
You don’t find many cafes open 24/7, Bakehouse Cafe is one of them. Situation in Canterbury Leagues Club with plenty of parking, you can enjoy cafe food or sweet treats anytime of the day.
The portion sizes are generous, great value for money. I really enjoyed my Philly steak roll as they sliced up the rump steak thinly in stead of serving it whole which made it very easy to chew. The combo of steak, bacon, relish & cheese delivered a full on satisfying feast, not to mention their Bakehouse fries were perfect, crispy outside & fluffy inside. 😋
The Chicken & scrambled egg roll was also tasty, there were a few pieces of grilled chicken breasts over moist scrambled egg & sautéed mushrooms, very generous of filling. However I wouldn’t have minded a little less drizzle of sauce over both rolls. 😌
I will return for the Panko prawns & prosciutto pita pocket. The Japanese style prawns were cooked to perfection with crunchy coating & sweet tender meat. 😋
They have nice coffees & some beautiful cakes too. My recommendations will be Hazelnut meringue ( mini version of Choc Rock) and Pear sponge roll. (fluffy sponge cake with light cream & pear pieces in the centre) 😉

I must say I am quiet impressed with this place and it's prices. I got the pulled lamb salad. There wasn't much on the menu for dinner items but the fish and chips was enjoyed by my partner immensely. The service was great. And the coffee was on point. Will and co is hard to find in these areas so that was a bonus
The cafe located in the leagues club has a great ambience and beautiful decor ! Friendly staff members :) the quinoa sourdough was big serving for the price and absolutely delicious !!!
It was my first time at this cafe. Service was great and it was such a nicely designed and decorated place. Food was good also and menu items were fairly priced. I would recommend this cafe to anyone. Its open 24 hours too which is a plus. Could even be one of the best cafes in Sydney.
Keep up the good work! :)
I need to give this place another shot. I only had coffee and cake with the gf. Coffee's were ok, nothing to write home about. Cake was ok also, same outcome, we got the cheesecake. Staff were great and very helpful

Located in canterbury leagues club, the perennially open 24/7 cafe serves up some amazingly presented brekky.
After dragging my missus out of bed for a brisk morning walk in belmore, we had built up enough excuses to indulge a little.
We ordered avocado cup with its beaut caramelized onion tomato salsa topped w poached eggs 3.5/5. Missus's baked eggs w chorizo was awesome, according to her. To finish off, i couldnt resist but to order something sweet from the display out front. Orange tart 3.25/5 was dense (not sure if it was flour-less kind), i liked how it wasnt overly sweet. Thanks to Andrew, the host on duty, who was super kind and attentive to us.
I discovered this 24/7 cafe on Instagram and have since been coming here often. For a 24/7 cafe this place serves very high quality food at late hours of the night. I especially love the big smoothies they have for $8.50; I recommend the strawberry or the salted caramel one. The food I ordered in the photo is Korean Fried Chicken and Battered Fish for $27 altogether.
Canterbury Bakehouse is a 24 hour cafe situated in Canterbury Leagues Club.
There are a range of drinks including juices, loaded shakes, coffees and alcoholic beverages. I tried the Love Potion Juice and some delicious loaded shakes.
Food wise, there are different meals including light meals to share like antipasto, salt and pepper squid, Korean fried chicken wings, sweet potato fries and small cakes.
For more substantial meals, I tried the steak sandwich, fish tacos and corn fritters. Beautifully presented and there really is something for everyone.
It offers free wi fi in a comfortable setting that you can conduct business or study whilst grabbing a bite to eat.
Recommended if in the area. The desserts are a standout! The Next Rush DroolWorthyWorld
They have certainly set the bar, with the beautifully chic scenery. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert, you name it, and they’ll have it ready. The service here is top notch!
We started with some Tennessee Chicken Ribs and boy were they good - the sauce they were coated in really hit the spot!
Our favourite was Steak and Bacon Sandwich! Steak, bacon, egg and caramelised onion and cheese – it actually is as delicious as it looks/sounds! Best part is, this is part of the all-day menu, and Supper menu , which means 24/7 guys!!!
Another favourite was the Salted Caramel Shake! You get a little more than you bargain for with this one, as it’s served with a waffle and caramel popcorn. The salted caramel along the rim of the glass was to die for!
Our favourite dessert was the chocolate mousse mini cake. It was chocolate heaven, as we downed it with a delicious piccolo in their stunning library.
The Canterbury Bakehouse Café provided us with a first look of what is coming for the renovation of the Canterbury League Club & we can’t wait to see what else they have in store!
Open 24 hours, and a supper menu that kicks in at 10.30pm, we know where to go to fulfill our cravings!
Absolute stunner of a venue which is the result of a $100m redevelopment project to Canterbury Leagues Club making it competitively a south west destination worth exploring! You’re welcomed at the grand entrance to the warmth of sunlight beaming through the atrium roof that radiates tranquility from the fountains and greenery.
To the left is the Bakehouse which is now open 24 hours presenting a menu for it’s clientele of casual diners, in-house gym clientele and leisure visitors!
The service team today led by Andrew and Bradley, reflect the personable warmth you would expect from a community based hangout where it’s just as important ingredient to local clientele as are the herbs and spices used in their recipes.
The choice is varied to suit the vegetarian diet offering more than just token dishes, for the health conscious - protein boost add-ons to your smoothies and shakes or salads are available and the rest is couched in comfort food of classics and on-trend indulgent treats. Essentially it’s a bakehouse and everything is delivered fresh daily, the dessert range an art in itself.
Portion sizes of entrees and mains are quite substantial making it very easy to turn into share plates. Highlights for me were the CALAMARI, the BIG BREAKFAST and ANTIPASTO PLATTER!
All in all, service, menu, and the complex as a whole deliver an experience hard to match!

With a soundscape of exotic birdcalls and water fountains flowing through a jungle setting in the towering atrium, Canterbury Leagues Club was a little bit more Las Vegas than I was expecting. It would seem that while Mike Baird was busy shutting down late night Sydney, a quiet revolution was underway in Belmore. Joining three other restaurants inside this enormous Club, Bakehouse Cafe offers up a 24-hour diner-style experience. Feel like a spot of late night brekky? Hanging for a burger? Need to replace all that lost calcium with a freak-shake? Bakehouse Cafe has got your back.Well your back, and the backs of 349 other people, because it's a whopping 350-seater with a large, open-plan footprint that even includes al fresco tables if only our inclement weather would cooperate. Bakehouse Cafe is the first part of the Club’s $120 million dollar renovation, and a good excuse to stick your nose in for a look at what late night dining in this city should include. Available all hours, the Angus Burger ($16.70) is...

Good service and nice food! The price is reasonable too!
A nice cafe in a great building. Decently priced as well.
Rock melon and prosciutto salad was perfect!
In every way... atmosphere, food, coffee and shakes, service. And being inside the RSL the pricing is decent. Chef went above and beyond by cooking my burger in a separate pan, even though it’s halal, just to be safe. Really impressed and will be coming back!
