Great food! Wish it wasn't so crowded though.
Glad I tried the churro French toast and cappuccino. It was delicious! This dish is said to be taken away from the menu in a few days so, I highly recommend to try it. Staff are friendly and service was amazing. Will be back soon and highly recommend :) Thank you.
Food is absolutely delicious! Staff are very friendly! Will definitely recommend!
Ever feel like a fun family Turkish feast??? Because there’s one just in the local suburb of Belmore!!! How cool is that? They produce and create one of the biggest feast I’ve ever seen!!! I was definitely satisfied with their French toast with their cooked fresh apples!!! Think that was my favourite dessert dish to go to!
I'm in the middle of a Middle Eastern feast! Excellent service, stunning meals, and great vibe. Was looking for a little more flavour in some of the dishes and drinks but the subtler flavours did tease the palate well. My favourite dish was the Breakfast Bruschetta - amazing presentation and sensational flavours that sing in your mouth. A winning dish.

Does Instagram sometimes sway you to visit places? Well I saw Rust Bucket posted and knew I had to check it out for myself.
It’s a lovely cafe placed on a corner with some great outdoor seating that soaks up all the sunlight when it’s shining on a beautiful day.
We ordered the “Churro French Toast”, “Chorizo Hash”, “Turkish Tea” and an “Iced Mocha”
I’ve found a “Chorizo Hash” that satisfies my palate with every bite.
I especially enjoyed the little gems of potato that were hidden under a thick and perfectly seasoned tomato sauce topped with two glorious baked eggs which oozed golden goo once popped.
Also, I’m a sucker for a dish that bread can be dunked into to soak up all those spectacular juices
Also need to give a spectacular mention to the “Turkish Tea” I applaud such fine flavours in one glass. Also, who else loves the little tea pot it’s served in?

I came here today with my friend, she had the Big Breakfast and I opted for the Churro French toast! The portion size was big, and the taste was delicious. The ladies that were there and the man behind the counter was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The only thing is its pretty hard to find parking but other than that AMAZING!!!!
My family and I recently discovered this place and we’re obsessed! I finally found a place with great food, great coffee, friendly staff and lovely owners. Every time I come here the waitresses make me feel so welcome. They are always so friendly and give excellent service.
I recommend the avocado smash, the baked eggs and the churro French toast is to die for ! 🤤
Keep up the great service RB!
This new cafe in Belmore opened recently with Turkish and European type breakfast dishes! It’s only a few mins walk down from Belmore station. There is indoor and outdoor seating here and plenty of street parking nearby. .
My favourites were Churro French Toast 🍞 and the Smashed Avocado toast.
🥑Avocado smash 💢
Beetroot labneh, avocado, heirloom tomato medley🍅, goats milk feta, turnips, rocket, pomegranate, zaatar and poached egg.
One of my favourite dishes from Rust Bucket! All of the ingredients blend together well. Squeeze a wedge of lemon on top to have a zing in flavour! 🍋
Churro style brioche French toast: loved how it had a cinnamon sugary coating on the outside and the toast was fluffy in the inside. There is a nice balance between sweetness with the fruit and the sorbet. Loved it!! 😍
Just a few months old, there’s a lot to like about this charming cafe which is located in the heart of Belmore. The menu is dotted with Mediterranean influences – from sandwiches stuffed with layers of grilled eggplant, halloumi cheese and Macedonian capsicum spread, the deli bowl featuring dreamy, creamy burrata cheese and the smashed avocado slathered with beetroot labneh.
For me, seeing the word ‘sujuk’ on a Sydney cafe menu is like striking pure gold (if gold were a delicious, cured sausage). Safe to say we spent an excruciating few minutes with the Cilbir eggs in front of us while we waited for a forgotten side of sujuk
I absolutely love this little cafe located in the heart of Belmore. Every experience has been consistent. They have the best coffee, best food and top quality service. I 100% recommend this place!
Was their amazing service YES. Was their Delicious food YES.
It was like unwrapping a Christmas present and You know Santa heard you, bro this place is the bees knees. Do yourself a favour go rust bucket.
Fabulous new cafe in Belmore serving Pablo and Rusty’s coffee and some really interesting all-day breakfast menu dishes like Cilbur, Turkish eggs with Greek yoghurt, garlic, Aleppo peppers, lemon juice, dill, poached eggs served with butter sauce and rustic sourdough. Totally scrumptious.
Stumbled upon the Rust Bucket a few days after they opened and stopped in to check it out. I have been back twice since because each visit the coffee has been very good, and the delicious.
On my first visit I got the smashed avocado which I enjoyed, which is beetroot labneh, avocado, heirloom baby tomatoes, goats milk feta, pomegranate arils, za’atar, and a poached egg on sourdough.
My second visit I tried the baked eggs and they were one of the better baked egg dishes with a nice balanced tomato base, I find a lot of places are a rich tomato almost like tomato paste which can be a bit much, and I am a massive tomato lover. Baked eggs with sujuk, feta, eggplant, and olives, I swear it felt like there were four eggs, it was so gooey.
On my third visit I got the Çilbir Eggs. OH EM GEEEE my favourite dish from here so far. Aka Turkish Eggs, it is yogurt and garlic (think aioli NOM NOM), Aleppo peppers, dill, lemon juice, three poached eggs with butter sauce, and two slices of thick cut sourdough which I used to mop up that delicious yoghurt sauce.
Next visit I want to try the fritters, they look crunchy which is how fritters should be.
The coffee is by Pablo & Rusty.
A great new cafe addition to Belmore, a suburb that lacks any cafes of value for breakfast meals anyway.
Amazing food. I had the Med Plate and an iced coffee. Food was tasty, came out quickly and the serving size was huge. Very happy with my choice. The cafe is buzzing, a little squishy but has great vibes! I'll be back 👍
Woke up Saturday morning looking for somewhere to grab a lazy breakfast that had somehow had become lunch, and decided on the Rust Bucket., a local coffee shop serving great coffee and a Turkish inspired menu. The first thing you notice is the rustic industrial setting with exposed concrete, timber and flourishes of greenery. Ordering at the counter, it was difficult to settle on a dish and we ended up getting the Med Breakfast with poached eggs and the Baked Eggs. Both dishes were delicious, with the eggs poached to perfection and the baked eggs rich in flavours of the middle east. Will definitely be going back as we slowly work our way through the menu.
Never seem to disappoint! Delicious - is how I define the food at Rust Bucket! Credit to the kitchen staff. To top it off, the service is second to none! It’s always a pleasure dining at RB whether it may be breakfast and/or lunch - Thank you RB!
Pro-coffee is awesome, fast service with a smile , decor is great, food good
Con-only beef Benedict no salmon, beef rashes not bacon
3.5 out of 5
Delicious! A must stop for all my friends who come through Belmore to visit me. I have one friend who will literally text me "RB" as a way of telling me we need a good feed whilst catching up on gossip or planning our next adventure. My boyfriend also knows that taking me here and ordering the Turkish eggs is a great way to cheer me up after a long week
This place was a shake up for me, brunches are a thing that you know you always talk about with your friends or loved ones that you want to go do on those weekends and you either pull through and get out and go, or you just don't. So you know that if you're doing this you want the experience of the place to just hit the right spot whether it was the vibe or the flavours and presentation. Let me tell you this, it was DEFINITELY worth every bit of it. You kind of always walk into these places hoping in the back of your mind this place better justify why I've gotten myself out of bed today. Well guys and girl's it's a 5 out of 5 from us. We definitely recommend it, and we definitely are a set of returning customers.
