Food is good. Though we had to remind them to bring out the honey for our tea and the second coffee. The pancakes really needed cream, the syrup was very sweet and needed the cream to break up that sweet syrup. Otherwise the food was delicious. It would have been great to have the butter on a little
Great meal and wonderful service. It was a group booking and they made it into a buffet which was very reasonably priced with more than enough food that was absolutely delicious. Full marks to the Epicurean . We have decided to go back again next month.
With new owners on the sign board we entered the Epicurean Deli in Mitchell st. Food is fairly expensive for a cafe but i did enjoy it. Lots of salad choices as well as pasta, chicken schnitzel, various cheeses, cakes and apparently yummy coffees all with eat in and take away options.
what a pretentious experience we had. eggs benedict and coffee. hollandaise actually had NO taste. the hash brown is just a common old home brand variety and was almost dripping in oil. the bread was meant to be sourdough. however, i recognise the look as helgas. the coffee was a massive disapp
Lovely, fresh, home made food. Nice atmosphere. Only wish they were open for dinner! The Sicilian pasta and Italian donuts are to die for!
