Aptly named indulgence it's been great for boutique gift ideas from family, friends & work colleagues or just a thoughtful gesture. Owner Hayley is dedicated and passionate about the chocolate craft, making it easy and delicious to support this small local business.

The best homemade chocolates in Bendigo. Indulge in a chilli hot chocolate on a cooler day. Coffee is excellent. Friendly staff and impeccable service.

After spending the last 4 days exploring the somewhat surprisingly vibrant and happening food scene in Bendigo I begin to understand the importance and gravitas hospitality holds here. For a (relatively) small city, or large country town - however you chose to describe it - Bendigo holds it own amongst giants. In the last few days I have visited Masons of Bendigo, Ex Lion Tamer, Harvest, The Dispensary, and also enjoyed a fine evening in the wonderfully groomed and flourishing beer garden of Gold Mines Hotel. Each day I have eaten myself into a state of incapacity, ensuring I allow this city to truly soak into my skin. Coming from a hospitality background myself I feel at home here mingling with the chefs and staff of Bendigo. Indulge Chocolate feels like it fits in perfectly as another piece (or slice 😉) of the happening Bendigo food scene. Despite being entirely satiated from breakfast at Ex Lion Tamer (including coffee and a fantastic caramel slice) I soldiered on and made my way inside to be greeted by the friendly chocolatier, who helped me pick out chocolates one at a time while I stood at the display sipping coffee discussing flavours, and deciding what to have next. The experience made me feel like I was the host of my own food show. The new Bourdain. Highlight: Cinnamon Honey. Surprisingly not as sweet as one would expect which plays strong to my preferences. Wish I’d tried: chocolate dipped Turkish delight. 5 stars for customer service.

The coffee is good the chocolate better and the atmosphere is relaxed and lovely. Staff are bubbly and fun to talk to, always happy to recommend their favourite nibbles. It's impossible to leave without a smile. I do wish they'd add more to the breakfast menu (in a indulge chocolate fashion) like their Melbourne counterparts but fully understand why don't. I look forward to Easter every year just to spoil myself with a bunny or two. Best chocolate in Bendigo. Don't buy hot chocolate anywhere else!
