Great service, beautiful food - and good variety

Inconsistent. Sometimes the food is just not up to scratch. Most recently stopped in for an afternoon tea snack. The scone was served with cream that smelled off - wasn’t willing to taste it. The mars bar slice had an overly sweet top layer, but the base was relatively tasteless and seemed stale. Coffee (latte) was great. Service was okay. The building is certainly beautiful, as others have observed.

Decided to try this place out on a whim (we were heading somewhere else but caught a glimpse of the menu and couldn't resist going inside!) The food was amazing, the coffee was smooth and creamy, and the service was top notch. Overall, it did not disappoint! Will definitely be going back very soon!

We had brunch (my wife and daughter) we’re ready for lunch but my boy and I hadn’t had breakfast yet, what a great idea. Queens birthday turned into my birthday with what turned out to be 4 cracking meals with great service and a laid back atmosphere and with 2 young kids we couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend

Beautiful building with a great view of Bendigo fountain and park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice ambience. Went in for some desserts and cocktails and they both took ages to come out. Also weren't really that impressive. Might try again another night.

Great place in a wonderful central location .. in warm weather it is a pleasure sitting outside, but in the old heritage building is also very relaxing . Whenever we return to Bendigo we always visit , from back before it was Mrs Beebs to now being the Vault, with a real UK feel. For breakfast lunch or dinner it's fine. Nice craft beer range too (very important lol)

Ended up walking out. Came here for high tea with bubbles. Wanted to pay the $100.00 via eftpos upfront + $2.00 for parking (which was coin only). Was told they couldn't do this. They directed me to a mall 7 mins walk away - one way to get cash out (closest eftpos machine). This was after waiting over 5 mins for anyone to come and seat us. Left my daughter there and ordered, 15 mins when I got back they weren't even close to having it ready.... hadn't been offered a drink in that time either. Totally applauded..... it was obvious we were in for a long wait so we ended up walking out. Would not go back or recommend to anyone!

Beautiful space to hang out, massive arched window, white walls, splashes of yellow, plenty of natural light. Can’t fault the customer service, all the girls working were attentive and friendly. Delicious, creamy coffee. Got the vault brekky because I was hungry and it sounded like it had a lot going on; eggs, bacon, chorizo, mushies, avo purée, tomato. Was pretty bummed when it came out with 2 eggs but just one piece of everything else. ONE mushroom was especially disappointing.

Saturday long drive down to the City of Bendigo lead us to this cafe situated on the corner of View Point. Gorgeous interior, classic cafe style vibe and dog friendly outdoor seating area.<br/>Using locally sourced ingredients this local cafe serves up a storm; with interesting flavours that are out of this world to create unique all day breakfast dishes.<br/><br/>📸: Salmon Crab Croquettes, The Shakshuka

Lovely cafe in Bendigo, gorgeous interior/ceilings/ windows etc. Super friendly staff and excellent food. Couldn’t have chosen a nicer cafe to have family brunch after saying goodbye to our father/husband/pa yesterday. He would have loved it too and I’m sure would have ordered the 🥞 hotcakes ♥️

Food is fresh and locally sourced and presentation is lovely. I would only suggest to add some more seasoning to the dishes. Staff is nice and friendly.

3.5 <br/><br/>We came here for lunch when we visited Bendigo. They have lovely outdoor and indoor area. We tried their clow brew & tonic and juice, they were good. We ordered steak and pasta, the steak was a bit over cooked and the pasta was average. <br/><br/>The staff was lovely.
