I was pleasantly surprised at both the quality of food and exceptional customer service after seeing some previous reviews. Do yourself a favour and try this place for yourself before reading too much into the review score.
Continually been asking for the fish to be lightly cooked, last time dry, over cooked flake, scallops and potato cakes too. That’s it not going back 😡 customers not listened to.
This place used to be okay. Phone order today, was told 15mins. Arrived within 10mins. Waited a further 20mins. In that time, a random boy walked in with a loaf of bread. I then watched staff take my two steaks out of the freezer to begin cooking them. Whilst my chips and fried goods stayed in the w
Got a steak sandwich with the lot. Very disappointed. Bread not toasted enough and just toasted so couldn't call it fresh. Was very disappointed with it.
Disappointing. Told over phone order was still not ready and waited a bit longer. Went in and it was in the warmer but gravy was not even made. Waited for 5min and took food to the car. Came back in and still not ready. Should have had it ready all at same time. I told them to not worry about gravy
Very poor quality. The oil needs changing. The potato cakes have little potato in them. The fish was passable. I stopped buying chips a long time ago as they were cooked first and left to stand while the rest of the order was prepared. The chips were lukewarm. I will never waste my money at this pla
The chips were undercooked. The fish is passable. Overall extremely oily.
