Mcdonald's - Bendigo - Photo album

The worst maccas I’ve been to. Staff saying “I’m not making it, I’m off my shift”. Dirty tables, full bins. Ripped seats. Burgers sitting for at least 15 mins (while I was waiting for my latte). Drinks unattended.
Utterly hopeless. Bunch of young kids running the place only interested in chatting and not serving customers. When we eventually got our order over nearly 15mins later it was not right. Requested to see Brad on the supposed manager but did not come. This placed used to be run much better now it ha
I know it was busy and they were probably under staffed and the kids that come in are out of their control but it was pretty feral in there with bins all out in the dining area over flowing, tables covered in food wrappers. Toilets were terrible. Overall not a positive experience.

Very nice staff, especially William at the front counter. Food was delicious and drinks were prepared professionally. The staff made me feel very welcome. I would come again.

All the meals were wrong had to go back to change them, then left to find no straws, spoons, and still items missing. Staff young. No idea, place filthy and staff talking eating and not working.
Truly disgusting. On entering I was hit by the smell of urine. Entering disabled toilets i discovered no handwash, the unit had been ripped off the wall. No sanitiser or toilet paper. All of the sanitiser units were empty in the restaurant and there was food stuck on the walls . Speaking with the
Food is always fresh, but they struggle to get orders right. Missing chips, strawberry thickshake instead of vanilla, or plainly burgers without the patty. Staff are young and just need to understand Quailty procedures to keep happy customers.
