The RUSN8R “THE RUSN8R”
Not for the first time we did not get what we ordered in our burgers. This time however there was the added bonus of the wrong burger but in the right wrapper. That’s right. We checked the order before leaving the store. It all looked ok, but when we got home the cheese burgers we ordered turned out to be some spicy barbecue things my kids could not eat. We have sent a complaint in but received no reply. This was one time to many. We will not be returning.

Great burgers and chips but the wait was longer than a sit down restaurant…Waited for over 20mins for a drive through on the waiting bay only to find out they were sitting on the heat lamp just waiting for the drinks to be poured and served..lucky i went in and ask for my order, could’ve been waiting for longer if I wasn’t. Very slow service for a fast food chain but same great burgers as any other hungry jacks.

Ordered in the drive through line up to be quicker. 🤣 got to first window got our drinks. 😍 then went to second window got asked to wait around at waiting Bay.🤔 someone pulled in beside me at least 5 to 6 minutes later. He gets his lunch. 😪 ours came out 8 minutes later.😵💫 all together we waited 15/ 20 minutes in waiting bay. Then realised they'd forgotten one of the chips 🍟 😕
Always busy there. Good for them. But inside Always dirty needs a good clean. Another Hungry Jack's say in Epsom would be helpful...

Avoid. This is the second time I've had raw burger meat here. I ate half the burger before realising this too so fingers crossed I don't get food poisoning.
The first time the girl was very apologetic, and that's fine sometimes these things happen. This time the girl tried to refund me just for the meal and not the whole order. I had to insist the whole order be refunded. Sorry for the bad review but you cannot self raw meat, and this appears to be a problem here.
I emailed hungry jacks about this and they never replied. 0/5 if I could.

we arrived 10min before them closing (on 19th July), and the staff were still very welcoming and nice and great to get fresh chips and burgers at the end of their shift.

Incredibly rude staff. We ordered for burgers in voucher and paid. The order wad mucked up because "she was a trainee" Plus the manager and the employee walked to our table asking to pay for for sauce, which they did not ask for initially (dont appreciate the entitled tone they used to talk to us) . Horrible service. Better train these people.

hungry jacks bendigo has got to be one of the worst management team that I have experienced while in dining getting my food, I hear very loud yelling from managers to crew that you can hear in any part of their dining room and even to the car park from time to time. I wouldn't recommend this as a workplace to anyone i know as I have worked in hospitality and this place seems to be very toxic and can bring peoples mental health down. who ever is in charge has got to rethink there hiring and training skills.

Omg what has happened to this place, I have no idea why I still give it a chance,once waited almost 25 min in waiting bay where every single car was sent while they were not busy (like 2-3 cars in drive through total). Multiple wrong orders,cold meals and today the tipping point. Pork belly deluxe burger......tiny, cold and nothing like whats advertised, bland and what looked and tasted like boiled pork. Im done, pulls your self together, you used to be awesome.
