Review Grill'd - Benowa

We have been going to Grill'd Benowa Gardens quite regularly and it was always good and consistent. However, ordered two take away burgers and chips last week and it was absolutely rubbish. Guy even repeated our order on the phone which we confirmed but when we arrived home, we got a different burger than ordered and it was pitch black burned. Also the other burger was overcooked and not the same as before..Called the manager and the best he could do was offer a 'free' burger next time, which we basically already paid for. Nothing for the inconvenience. Won't be coming back anytime soon!

Loved it! Since the first bite, I enjoyed my burger that was amazing. The meat was so juicy and delicious. The zucchini, sweet potato and the potato chips was marvellous. It was the second time and definitely not the last. The music, the set-up and the staff was just perfect. Really worth it! 🙂

A severe let down, this location had been my regular until recently with Incompetent staff leading to an unbearable experience. Not only was the restaurant untidy and quite frankly, filthy, but the staff forgot to make my order. (Which is understandable, mistakes happen). However, after asking if it was still being produced, they queried me on the order instead of asking other staff members if they had forgotten... in the end I waited close to 40 minutes for a mediocre burger. Would love to see it better managed in the future, until then I won't be returning

How on earth do they manage to drown everything in sauce? Don't they ever eat their own burgers? Even asking for only a little sauce goes unheeded. In anticipation of the drowning I ordered a burger without mayo, got a tub and was going to add it myself until getting home to find they had drowned it in tomato sauce instead. The patty wouldn't stay between the buns, kept sliding out with every bite and sauce dripping all over the place, can't win with this lot, maybe time to try another grill'd :-(

Great burgers and the chips are nice and crispy. Service was good, fast and the young lady serving me was very helpful and friendly. Good family place. Food tasted very good , had the Simply Grill'd plus chips. Yummy

I love grilld but this is the worst location ive been to! Staff taking the order overcharged and could seem to count properly when trying to work out a $5.00 refund. Then our orders, which were both the same came out 10 minutes apart! People that were seated after us received thier orders before we disld and my friend had finished her food before mine even came and the chips were a combination of old and cold and new and soggy and the staff were a miserable looking bunch!

Ordered uber eats from Grilld Benowa and wanted to try the new Demagorgan burger. Delivered the burger with no dipping sauce?? Might as well ordered a plain burger. Tried to call but the store did not answer.

I just ate two delicious big Queenslanders. excellent value for money! And great juicy taste! Ainsley's and Brodee's cooking skills and customer service is amazing! Five chef hat's for Ainsley and Brodee!
