Absolutely amazing food with great service! A short walk away from us so can’t wait to come back! We had the falafel waffle and the Mediterranean bowl and they were awesome, great quantity and flavors!
Thoroughly enjoyed brekkie @ Time & Place. It was buzzing. Service was so friendly. Coffee was great. Loved the brekkie burger except it was missing some greens, otherwise it would have been perfect.
Really enjoy the Mediterranean breakfast. The hummus is very yum, especially with the crunchy chickpeas. The waffle falafel is also a very clever creation. Love it!
Love T & P .... we visit every weekend for their awesome coffees and breakfasts / lunches. Now they’ve started serving dinners and they’re ridic delicious too.... the food is always authentic and top notch quality. To top it off, the staff are genuine people who are passionate about good coffee and good food. Never had a meal here we didn’t love!
great little cafe in the burbs. serving clark st coffee and so much awesome food on the menu its hard to choose. ill be back to try more soon!!
This was a bustling cafe that we visited midway through a cool Sunday morning. It was going off. We were very impressed by the cafe. The food looked really inventive and delicious. the dishes people were ticking into plus the stuff in the fridges. They even have excellent looking takeaway meals. The coffee was very respectable. Could not fault it. We’ve marked this down as a place we must revisit.
We decided to visit this cafe on a Sunday for brunch. The cafe is quite spacious and there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. I decided to order a spinach smoothie and the proscuitto with melon, burrata cheese, toast and a poached egg. I enjoyed the proscuitto and thinly sliced rock melon tossed through rocket and balsamic. The whole burrata cheese was creamy, milky and delicious (I love burrata). It was a beautiful looking dish but the components didn’t really pair well - the poached egg and the toast somehow felt separate to the rest of the dish. After ordering the waitress came to let me know they ran out of coconut water for the spinach smoothie and asked if I wanted to replace it with water or coconut milk. I chose water but regret my decision because the smoothie tasted like watery spinach and it cost $10. A nice cafe to visit for brunch.
Greeted with smiles and humour, service is excellent, impressive menu, best Chai Latte ever.
We will be back to try your congee and everything else on your menu
Such a nice vibe in this rad, new cafe! 💫
Has given East bentleigh a bit of a spruce up.
I’ve been a few times now and faves on the menu have to be, the Prosciutto and Fig as well as the Carrot and Orange hotcakes! So filling and delicious. 🤤
The staff members are all legends- personable and helpful! Coffee is always perfect.
They also usually have many decadent homemade cakes on display, I suggest trying the Napoleon! 💯🍰
Bentleigh East's newest addition is an absolute gem, the boys who run T&P are doing a real standout job. They are creating a fabulous community and the food and coffee are on point! Love them falafel waffles!
Great, friendly vibe, the counter salads are always varied and exceptionally tasty (especially with a wallop of chilli sauce and a side of the house-made hummus with fried chickpeas). Had a great peanut butter smoothie too.
Keep it up guys!
Loving the new local. Great variety of food on the menu. Staff are super friendly and service is good. Maybe only negative is that it’s a little pricy but it’s worth it so it’s okay.
This is a great little find for brunch. They have vegan options including vegan feta which is delicious. The service was professional and friendly.
An absolute gem of a place. A brand new cafe that's already found its feet and is by far outpacing its local competitors. It's very exciting sitting in the courtyard peering into the open kitchen seeing plate after plate of delicious food being prepared, plated and served.
The white anchovie and fried bread is out of this world, every ingredient elevates every other ingredient and the thought and talent that's gone into its production is evident. The cubano sandwich is a textural dream with two kinds of cured meats balanced with acidic house pickled zucchini and sharp, rich mustard. It's so refreshing to see (and taste) such creativity, and the thought that's gone into the menu is very evident.
The staff are also able to assist with menu selection, without being pushy and displaying in depth knowledge. Highly impressed - will be coming back!
New cafe with more innovative menu items. They have a salad counter with delicious salads. The salmon dish was delicious but I did see on my second visit, that it was served with just one slice of toast which is a bit unreasonable given the price. Might have been a one off so not sure. Love the vibe but staff needs to be more friendly.
I had the smashed avo with a poached egg and haloumi added, it was devine. Really nice outside area and inside is light filled. Waiters were really helpful and the coffee was perfect.
Must have their coffee at least once a week. Best coffee I ever had. Excellent customer service.
Coffee is better than food, dine in is better than takeaways. 1 star deducted as the food is at the salt side and price is at the high side.
Fantastic coffee and really good and tasty food. A new gem for Bentleigh East and we'll worth a visit. Lots of lovely things to take home as well.
Great coffee, brilliant food and friendly service. The falafel waffles were really tasty and original. It's so nice to see a menu that's not just a carbon copy of every other cafe around. Cafes are a dime-a-dozen these days and it takes something special to stand out from the crowd. Like their former cafe District Brewer, Time & Place is another winner. I wish them lots of success.
Absolutely love this place. Staff are personable and friendly. Shoutout to the waiter Ben - always on point! Food is fresh and tasty. Have been a dozen times already and am never let down. Tried some of their deli take home meals too and they didn’t disappoint. Great to see the owners giving 100%, they deserve all the success. Awesome cafe.
Super friendly staff, great food, great coffee. Love this place, definitely worth the drive from Elwood to come & check it out - I’ll be back.
Carrot cake pancakes were the bomb!! Falafel waffle was an awesome surprise, wasn’t disappointed at all. Service was doting and friendly - coffee was smooth 👌🏽
DO: The crab folded eggs, the eggs Benny and potato rosti.
DON'T: Like the suggested, then burgers fries and assortment of pastry items are available too.
TIP: Say hi to Leor or Eliiot. Cracking blokes with the service - such an awesome addition to this area.
The vibe here is really good with nice wines and food and great service there. We just had a bit of wine and reviews the menu would highly recommend going there.
