Review Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Bentleigh

That was a terrible order and an even worse experience. Everything was stone cold and one of the items was on par with a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Crust failed me with the food and menulog failed me with the delivery. 3 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. We got another delivery to cover the cold pizza but still it was missing pepperoni. I spoke to the restaurant who said "I made it myself and put pepperoni on it, it is under the cheese". There was about 4 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza (photo added, where's the pepperoni?). When I called again, they said they would speak to menulog and refund the pizza (not the order) which I was happy with. Then when menulog spoke to them they refused to refund it and only refunded the pepperoni ($2). Waste of my time and the helpful person from menulog support. Don't order from here, rubbish food, rubbish service and rubbish staff that lie to get you off the phone.

The only pizza place to open in the morning of Easter Sunday. Decent pizza that tasted great fresh off the oven. The staff (Rishav) is also very friendly, helping me carrying the pizzas to my car.

Not even worth 1 star. Nearly an 2 hour past the delivery time, Pizza was cold. With that quality and service, you don't deserve to call yourself a restaurant. A Domino's pizza would have been 5 stars compared to what I received.

Amazing quality pizza and scrolls. The service was excellent and the employees were so kind. Special thanks to the manager Lakshay who was incredibly helpful! Great experience can’t wait to order again!

These guys are the best and l mean that. They are courteous, friendly and make the best pizza’s. The customer service is outstanding. Should be more people like these guys out there is hospitality. To the owner of the Bentleigh store …. your crew are GOLD. Hold on to them as they are so hard to find. Special mention to the store manager Luckshar, great role model for FOH service! We’ll done!

Ordered pizza via Uber eats. This was how my pizza arrived. Not sure if it was the delivery or the restaurant that messed it up!!

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had, the size was absolutely tiny it was the size of a small at any other restaurant. I do no recommend ordering from here unless you wanna be disappointed

Got my order wrong, turns out if you don't specify cheese on a make your own, they assume you want cheese. Lesson learnt! Otherwise the flavour combos are good.
