Review Bamboo Inn - Beverly Hills

Rude customer service over the phone when I had let them know that they had forgotten a few orders of mine, & she had charged me again for the forgotten items to be re-delivered to me. Food very tasteless or very oily & salty. Soup also arrived warm not hot and rice tasted burnt, definitely not worth what they charge. Both times I have ever ordered from here, I’ve experienced the same thing. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY STRONGLY NOT TO EAT FROM THIS RESTAURANT !

Okay where to start. 1. The delivery was over half an hour late despite having an adequate time frame to cook the food we ordered. 2. When we rang the resturaunt to track down our food, whoever answered was extremely abrupt and rude to my partner. 3. The food was absolutely disgusting, prawn bread was dry and cold, the salt and pepper squid was dry and contained NO salt whatsoever, as well as the fact that it was chewy. The Peking pancake was not in fact a pancake at all but a wrap which also inedible. Spicy chicken wings had no sauce on them whatsoever. And the satay chicken sticks were RAW! This place has made me and my partner very sick, and I'm appalled at not only the service but the quality of the food.

First time dining here tonight. Absolutely loved what we ordered. Friendly and attentive hostess. Will definitely be back for more. 😊😍🍜 Update 10/10/18 Been here about 4 times since July, so awesome 🤙🏽

Always head to the bamboo inn to celebrate mothers day, fathers day and major birthdays. The food has always been tasty and staff always friendly and efficient. The food is good value for money. Happy to come back time and time again.

Wish I could give zero stars.Ordered through Menulog got a confirmation No. then the order was 45mins late so I called and they say they never received order and to contact menulog,so I rang and found out everything was good on the menulog side,then bamboo inn denied I ever ordered.so useless don’t give them your money

Friendly but my fried rice had off ham in it! Honey chicken and mongolian lamb was good though!

Great restaurant. Service wonderful, food lovely and price very reasonable
