Mistelles Monday Test Kitchen is a must do, there is no try! The excitement of arriving at the property in the Perth Hills on a chilly winters afternoon, sitting down on a deck overlooking a beautiful valley of grapevines, not knowing exactly what was coming is a refreshing change from pouring over a menu to decide what to choose. Three entree dishes appear - all individual works of art with unique tastes, colours and textures, all simply sensational on the palette. A main to share, warm and fill three of us and individual deserts to polish us off! What an absolute delight! Congratulations to the staff, chefs & management for this wonderful experience. Cannot recommend highly enough. You'll need to book. Word is already out. The buzz of chatter & laughter across the valley was evidence of a great time had by all.

First time at Mistelle and I'm now wondering why we waited so long. We came on a Saturday lunch and had the 2 courses. Entree and main. Everything was delicious. For entree we had the heirloom tomatoes salad and the kingfish. Both full of so much flavour. Mains were the duck (oh my, THAT crispy skin) and the lamb. A couple of glasses of wine made for a perfect afternoon. Thank you.

First time I surrender my choice of food and how it's prepared to a restaurant chef. However the end result is unexpectedly good for each of the 3 courses. The balcony view is scenic and relaxing. Amazingly it's cooling and breezy in the area even though it's 31 degrees in Perth.

Wow wow wow. Amazing! Came here for my birthday and enjoyed the Monday lunch time test kitchen. We were really very impressed! Everything was absolutely delicious and we couldn't fault anything. We also enjoyed their red wine which was very tasty. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend the test kitchen.

We visited Mistelle on the 23rd May this week and it was a recommendation from another winery that we had eaten at the day before. I booked in for the test kitchen and only knew a little about it. We were looked after mainly by Chantelle who was lovely and she explained about the meal and we were definitely not disappointed !! The flavours of all our meals were so good and so inventive by Ben the chef. Each course was so delicious and our wine that we chose to have with them was good too. We had a lovely view of the vineyard and we both agreed that we would definitely recommend this place and visit again. I did take photos but forgot to take on of our main! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you Chantelle and Ben !

The portions looked tiny but there was more than enough food to go home full. Should have gone 2 courses instead of 3. The taste was divine.

Decided to go to Mistelle for lunch on a Sunday with a friend. 2 options: 2 meals or 3 meals. We shared a board of charcuterie, it was good 👍 the bread was average. The main course was yummy 😋 the lamb was perfectly cooked, tender and the side was amazing. My friend really liked the duck leg too. The toilets at the back are portable toilets, with a note saying it aims at reducing the use of water. That's fair enough but I think it would look and smell nicer with "dry toilets" that use shavings instead of water. It works pretty well in festivals and not using any chemicals at all.
