I love grill'd with a passion. Great food, customisable. Only complaint I have is they don't let you change anything on the kids meals. The burgers are literally just meat, cheese and sauce and they don't let you add any salads.
Food came out cold one time and instead of making them fresh they just tried to reheat what they already gave us, so they came back out luke warm at best. Only issue I've had with them, at this particular store
As part of a food court it still had a good vibe. The service was good and the food was outstanding. Only let down was that drinks were not listed on the menu.
I am so glad that these guys have kept up with the trends and expanded their Vegan menu. They have some of the best Vegan burgers available. The staff were friendly and the chips are ALWAYS good!

We ordered the Summer Sunset and Underbelly burgers with a trio if chips. Although the buns were a little hard, the fillings of the burgers were delicious. The pork belly in particular was soft and juicy. The trio of chips were addictively good.

We had to request table water a few times from a number of staff before it finally came. Despite this staff were friendly and food did not take long to arrive.

Really enjoy eating here. Decent burgers at a good price. This place is always busy and has a good vibe and great service. I opt for the lamb burgers and have always been pretty happy ππ
Troy Bilbrough and I scouted this place on our tour of the burgers in the Gold Coast and for the healthier choice they actually were on point.
The service was incredible, Rachel was friendly and her mate with the name that started with Z bounced off each other to make us smile straight away.
The food came out fast and everything was fresh and delicious.
The original burger was solid but the pattie needed a touch of something else special. The chicken and brie however was spot on.
I would definitely come back.
I find the food is always fresh. It is crazy busy though and the restaurant is quite cramped. I got hit in the head a few times byvpeople bahs passing me. Great kids meals though.
Had the simply grilld and the burger was extremely hot and juicy. Exceeded expectations and left me very satisfied. The beef is so lean and tasty
Came here on a stinking hot day in paradise and I couldn't have imagined a better place to cure my hunger and thirst. The vibe in the establishment is buzzing, the menu has a wonderful range of options and the service is excellent. I couldn't find a fault here and the place definitely deserves a 5. I went with the Grill'd bird and Brie, it was delicious, the table had a mixture of the fries on offer and the zucchini were my personal favourite. There were 8 at our table and after ordering out meals arrived within 5 minutes to a near perfect standard with very fresh vegetables. If I'm not brought back to harbour town it will definitely be for a burger here β€οΈ
I've been to many times and tried their burgers, sides and salads. I actually prefer the salads over their burgers, unlike most burger outlets they actually do really tasty salads which I find to be more flavoursome than their burgers. The pomegranate grilled chicken salad is always a favourite.
