Love this place. Have been coming here since day one. Very consistent. Can't go wrong with the satay skewers and honey chicken! Unfortunately we've moved to Melbourne and are only able to come once every so often.

Great Food!. My boyfriend and I were having a night in and decided to get some Chinese take away. Found Birkdale Chinese on urbanspoon and read the reviews that were almost all positive.
We ordered the Satay Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Our meals were ready in no time and as we arrived to pick them up they were ready. Both portions were generous and the prices were quite responsible. The flavour was awesome and every bite was a delight! It has been a while since I'd eaten Chinese as good as that. Will definitely be ordering again!

The best Chinese in Brisbane, it is hard to find a decent take away Chinese feed and this place did not disappoint. I had the chicken and plum sauce with a special fried rice and spring rolls. Highly recommended
I got the crab & corn soup one arvo and have to say was pretty impressed, the regular chinese place i go to was closed so went here and the crab was that fresh that i actually found some shell however was still pretty good, my fam didnt like the smell as it was pretty strong. Went again a week later and got the chicken and corn soup and just as good as the crab, also got the steamed dimsum which where average, also the watered down soy-sayce that came w/ it was horrible. Overall would go again, averagely priced and nice atmosphere/ staff
A fantastic little Chinese restaurant hidden in a business complex at the birkdale roundabout. Lovely staff and really great food. I cannot stress how awesome the Ginger fish is. I also recommend salt and pepper pork.
Always had a great meal from here, never any complaints, always empty dishes and left overs.
Prices, food, service are good and usually only a 15-20 minute wait for food to be ready.

We eat from here about once a month and they catered for a family gathering of 25 people for us. Nice food, fast and friendly service.
Today I went to this restaurant for lunch with friends. Most mains were $17 to $20 I must say the food was well worth it I had king prawns with sweet sour the prawns were a genourous and so fresh

We have been eating here for years but I gotta say .. tonight’s takeaway was hands down the best Chinese I have eaten ever! Crispy lemon chicken, tender Sweet and Sour pork, rich sticky Mongolian lamb and chicken cashew with gazillions of cashews!! Thanks Birkdale Chinese - you’re the best!
Exceptional service, beautiful food and well priced. They go above and beyond for all of their customers! It's our favourite Chinese restaurant. The owners John, Jo Jo and Quing are so lovely too. 😊
Great customer service. Last time I came my car battery ran out (typical Susuki Swift) in parking lot and they jump started me. Just came back again to enjoy a delicious dish. :)
FANTASTIC FOOD ! Great dim sims and ALL the mains arealways excellent . Great size portions and always full of meat ! You don't have to go searching for it . Could not recommend highly enough !! DELICIOUS and very reasonable prices . Great value for money
