Britain On The Bayside - Birkdale - Photo album

We were really looking forward to visiting and having a full British fry-up, as demonstrated by the photos on this page. The reality is that unless you're into British sweets, there was little more than one shelf of British food products on offer. And... absolutely NO fry-up in sight. Disappointed,

Terrible dinner experience. Half of the menu wasn't available. We ordered the Beef and John Smith ale pie that was on the menu for $20 and displayed in the glass display at the counter. Clearly what we got was an inferior prepackaged gelatinous Beef and Guinness in an alfoil package from the partner

Very pleasant cafe for a scone and clotted cream. Always friendly and lots of traditional food . Will come back.

Friendly staff with a large selection of British treats to enjoy, fully stocked on most products with reasonable prices too.

We come for the buffet brekki was hoping for the English style but the selections were useless and the the food was average at best will stick with sizzlers.

If you really need that UK product, then this is the place to come, but be prepared spend big on crisps and Sweats.
