Review Mad Mex - Blacktown

I love their Burrito! The staff at Blacktown are amazing especially Anna who made my orders just the way I like them. Service was very quick and all staff were polite and welcoming. Place was also convenient since it was just right next to Hoyts. Would highly recommend!

Burritos are very delicious, service was also fast and impressive. Must visit this place to experience Mexican food.

I would like to say that the staff who served me were excellent! The only thing is that they need to have bigger wraps, I have ordered a regular burrito and the first thing that happened after I opened the top was sauce leaking from the bottom. That’s all I have to say.

A truly exquisite experience. Top-notch food and customer service. Neeraj and Mihir really know how to wrap a burrito, you guys bring a tear to my eye. When I have kids, this is the first restaurant I will be taking them. And when my kids have kids, they will be taking them here too. Thank you Mad Mex Blacktown for the glorious food

I used to be a weekly regular here, but after recent experiences, won't be going back. The service is painfully slow & barely acknowledging. The pre-prepared food containers are half full & very sad looking. They implemented a price rise last year, which is totally understandable, but what's not ok, or understandable, is that they also moved to smaller containers & smaller portions - whilst raising prices. I used to get a naked burrito with all salads & it was a decent portion that didn't leave you feeling full, but gave you enough room to share a quesadilla & some dessert. Now, the rice, beans, meat & cheese that's served barely fills 1/3 of the new smaller containers & then they fluff out the rest of the container with lettuce. I'm happy to pay extra to support local business - especially when service is good & portions are fair - but not when they're barely acknowledging you & then being stingy.

loved the food, loved the ambiance, loved the staffs, especially the manager there was really helpful and sweet . other staffs were so nice and friendly too . just loved the place and people there so much. service 10/10!! my go to place from now on .💯💯

I had my lunch in blacktown madmex, it was my first time to taste mexican food and omg!!! it was really really really good. They cook it fresh, you can see it with your two eye that the food you eat is fresh and clean. The staff was so nice and friendly as well. I recommend this restaurant, keep it up guys.

They do decent buritos and dish em out fast! Ingredients looked fresh from the windows too. However the seating and tables were dirty and gross I.e. they don't regularly wipe down tables after a customer has finished.

Hits that mexican craving spot. I'm a big fan of their mild sauce. Service is always friendly and quick. Quesadillas are delicious! Just wish they were open later!

Been coming here for years now and I love their burritos and naked burritos— always fixes my hunger and my cravings. Their grande melts are alright but could be better and aren’t as filling as burritos or naked burritos (for me, personally)

Mad Max, Mad Next<br/><br/>Mexican fast food that fills your belly, to be honest it's not that special but it does the job. The price is good concider the amount food you get and they made the meat fresh. Although the quality isn't that great but you pay for what you get. Service was quick yet friendly, Also nothing special. I would recommend to go here if you just want a cheap healthier artinitive to go.<br/><br/>This meal cost me less than $20 (Added with chorizo and guacamole).

Everything I've had here is good though I find the prices a little more than they should be. Staff are always friendly and there is usually enough seating

Had just about the worst experience having eaten here a few days ago (to be exact, it was 23/11/2017 during late night hours). Not only did the cashier tell me “you should have ordered when you ordered the burrito”, while simultaneously rolling her eyes at me, mind you I was still in line and it was still my turn to order, I just happened to have forgotten to add my son’s order as I was ready to pay (they were still making my order at this point). I thought I’d let it slide as they were busy and the line was already outside the doors, regardless of my 25 minute wait in line. <br/>The worst part was when the same cashier dropped our food on the table and rudely stared and rolled her eyes AGAIN at me as we thanked her. NEVER HAVE WE EVER been treated so badly by a worker at any establishment. We were kind enough to understand the pressure of peak times and the rush to get everyone’s order, but there is just NO excuse for the DISGUSTING and uncalled for behaviour that one of your female employees displayed that night.

Located on level four at Westpoint Blacktown, I'm a regular customer of this outlet. Service is good, no problem at all. My favourite dishes are the nachos and crispy tacos. I just wish the quantity of the meat on the dishes can be more generous.

I visit this place whenever I don't feel like bringing lunch to work. In a place where there is limited cuisines to choose from, I like that at least there is a Mexican choice from that limited range. They serve the normal Mexican food and the consumer can pick and choose their meat and condiments. I do however find that the dishes lack a bit of seasoning-- salt. Staff are quick to serve their customers so, during the mad dash for lunch, there is no need to worry about wasting so much time lining up and waiting for your food.

Decent mad next chain. Has a lot of school kids working there which can get annoying because they talk to each other as opposed to giving good customer service. The food is decent though.

Some specific workers are terrible!! A specific Young adult with a disgusting attitude, turned me off from ever wanting to eat here again. Of course there are the great and nice workers. She started complaining about the orders and how confused she was, she made irritated annoyed faces and spoke to us with so much attitude and throwing a sook!!!!! Can't believe they would hire people like this.

This outlet is situated in the restaurant precinct atop Blacktown Westpoint shopping centre. Service is attentive, and the staff working there seem to know what they are doing. <br/>I ordered the chicken burrito in a wholemeal tortilla (no extra charges to go wholemeal). The burrito comprises of rice, black beans, capsicum and onion. You then choose your salsa depending on the amount of heat you can tolerate. I went for the spicy salsa, which I found to have quite a kick. Recommended only if you can tolerate a good amount of heat. Chicken is then added with cheese and lettuce. Some sour cream and guacamole ($2) round off the burrito.<br/>Now for the taste. I found the chicken to be quite bland and even with the spicy salsa, it tasted pretty average. Overall, the burrito is average at best.

I went here with my partner about a year to get nachos and a burrito and the lady handed me the nachos and a cockroach walked up out of it and started walking around the top , I was like omg there is a cockroach and the lady pulled it away and said do u still want the burrito ? And I said there is a cockroach in my nachos !! And she was like I know and she took it away . I was disappointed because I usually love Mad Mex but now I just stick to the other burrito place instead

Best fast food in Western Sydney. I travel ~25km to this Mad Mex very regularly even though i'm right near another Mad Mex.<br/><br/>This one is extremely consistent with great food, large portion sizes, and very fast, friendly service. Very, Very highly recommended.

Great place to pick up lunch or dinner on the run. Heaps of healthy and veggie options (as well as unhealthy and non veggie options). Good Mexican takeaway food.
