Review The Coffee Club - Blacktown

I went to only get a coffee. The two waitresses present that day had the biggest smile and welcomed me so warmly. The best feeling when it’s your first time at a restaurant! So i ordered a small latte and while i waited i was given water with ice cubes which was a great gesture on their part! When i got my coffee, it was literally the best latte i ever had! Simple but amazing, just how i like it! I made sure to let the girls know before going which they gladely accepted. So yeah amazing experience at The Coffee Club! Definitely recommend!!

Both me and my 2 year old got food poisoning. It’s been the worst experience. Also, we ordered pancakes and parts of the pancake was almost like literal cardboard. Giving them a 1 star is still too generous. I’m disgusted. I paid $87.46 and the food didn’t even taste great.

Excellent food. I ordered fritters with Haloumi and I enjoyed the every single bite of the meal . Coffee was also good . Nice and peaceful place . Service was great and staff was friendly. I will highly recommend to my family and friends visit there.

Over priced, average food. I ordered the butter milk pancakes and they were stale seemed like they were put into the microwave for 20 seconds. And not to mention they were tiny. I also ordered the acai smoothie and it didn’t not taste like acai at all, tasted like they had just chucked a few berries and bananas into a blender and called it acai. Customer service is also very poor.

Ordered the big breakfast and the whole meal was trash! Scrambled eggs were microwaved, mushrooms were dry and old (seemed like they just warmed them up in the microwave too lol) baked beans were cold as if it just came out of the can, overall just a horrible meal. Use to be my favourite place to come but literally wasted my money! Do not come here unless you like trash food!

Halloumi is often way too salty and buttermilk pancakes are sub-par, however always does a great coffee and food is still really tasty! Friendly staff and cute little tucked away location. Appreciate the constant switching up of the menu, however my favourite meals seem to always be cut 🥴

Have been to this venue many times but won’t be back again for sure.
I went there a few weeks ago for brunch on a weekday and all was good.
Came today (Saturday) for coffee.
I used the “free coffee with BYO cup” offer. The person behind the register was so rude (looks like he’s the owner). I knew just from the way he looked that he didn’t like me coming to claim the offer. My husband claimed the offer first and he asked if we’re together. I said yes and explained that we have different coffee club rewards. He said something like, “should only use one”. I said we have two different vouchers and asked why you don’t honour what you advertise. He said, “It’s not our advertisement. It’s from the main Coffee Club.
Based on this experience I won’t be back there again.
I don’t deserve this rudeness.

Delicious food and coffee. However, the Chia lattes could taste better, hopefully cinnamon on top? The cheesecakes were delicious. Highlight recommend it!

A little pricey for what you get but you can definitely taste quality and fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and helpful and there is table water readily available which is always a plus. Waiting time doesn’t take long— I waited about 5 minutes for my order and it was presented beautifully however during busy brunch hours it can be hard to find a place to sit. I came in at around 10:30am and there were still plenty of good seats left. The pumpkin seeds are a great addition to the avo + feta sourdough toast which gives it texture and they are quite generous with the avocado. The sourdough was also the perfect texture— wasn’t too hard or burnt and wasn’t too chewy either. The eggs benedict and chicken burger are filling and they are very generous with the hollandaise sauce. Would definitely come again if I had a bit of extra cash on me :)

Ordered a simple iced chocolate, was asked for icecream or whipped cream.. so i chose icecream. easy! but, out of a very LITTLE small size, or a very small large size, i chose the large. which mind you was $6.90 PLUS a .10c surcharge for eftpos which was then $7.10 for this rubbish.. so i got the """iced chocolate"" which was just a very very poor milkshake looking and tasting thing. the dollop of icecream was just floating in it (thinking of it now since when does icecream come in an iced chocolate?) and allllllll the chocolate syrup was done the very bottom. it tasted so damn cheap, the syrup tasted very faintly of chocolate and the icecream itself tasted disgusting. such a poor poor effect, no wonder they made it so quickly. this has happened once before with a chocolate milkshake, as in that it was poorly made but i decided to give them another go. Will not be returning.

Very friendly staff and service. I was getting a detoxing green tea before I went and ate a small animal between buns and she alloweded me to pay via card when I had no other cash on me. Makes my day gestures like that.

This store doesn't give much of a good reputation for the coffee club.
They got my order wrong and even though they weren't busy they were very abrupt so I'm assuming that's why they got my order wrong.
Anyyyway the caramel latte wasn't great. The caramel just tasted like the cheap syrup pretty sure maccas caramel latte is better quality.

Bad customer service. They got the order wrong but instead of simply fixing it up (it would've been a quick fix), the barista got some attitude and demanded I pay an extra 80cents... it was an unpleasant experience

Coffee is always quick to come out and of a good quality. Great value 2 for 1 coffee if you are a coffee club member. Staff are always courteous.

The coffee clubs breakfast menu is something me and my friends look forward to, most definitely the eggs and wraps. Though service at blacktown is always lagging. We waited 40 mins for scrambled eggs. Which was a let down.
