Review Caffe Cherry Beans - Blacktown

This is probably one of the worst cafes I have ever been to. The coffee is always burnt and bitter. The food I've ordered in the past has been beyond basic and a 5 yo could honeatly do a better job. Ordered the pancakes and they were still uncooked in the middle. Tasted like it was straight from the shake n mix bottle...also the Bananas were spoilt and brown. The staff also don't speak to you, they just do their bare minimum and hardly even smile! Wouldn't go here again.

If you want half your order forgotten and delivered at the end of your meal then this is the place for you Edit: almost a year later and the service has not improved at all, they got an order completely wrong and had to redo it and the order they did get right was the most pathetic excuse for a chicken burger I’ve ever had. The thinnest, smallest piece of chicken I’ve had on a burger, at $17 I didn’t expect much and it still disappointed. Don’t come here

Food presentation is really nice. The serving is huge. Food is tasty and the staff are very accommodating. They even ask you of your choice of bread for your toast. Definitely worth the money. Lovely ambiance. My family and I enjoyed our dining experience . We'll definitely come for more 😊

I regularly buy a large takeaway cappuccino for $5.40 from other cafe cherry beans cafe (Winston hills/bella vista stores) for $5.40 happy with these.. Bought one today from your blacktown store ...asked for alarge takeaway cappuccino... paid $5.40 Cappuccino came out to me in ,what i call , a medium cup size I did complain... gentleman who served me just said " that is our large cup... hope they are not price gauging at this store!!!!!!

Just opened few months ago, this Cafe brings new excitement to Westpoint Blacktown. Having seen their reviews on Blacktown Advocate, I was intrigued to visit and try one of their signature dishes. So I ordered the Continental penne pasta baked with Kransky. Oh boy, it's creamy, cheesy and delicious. Portion is quite generous too. The coffee, as expected from Cafe Cherry Beans, is great! Definitely become my new 'go to' place!

The Tiramisu cake was just right with full flavour and the hot chocolate was devine. Elsa had the New York cheese which in her own words... yum yumm. While Alex sipped his milkshake and played on his mob. Overall awesome taste all round.

We were told at 11:55 that they were unable to cook lunch food so we waited the 5 minutes to order. Then waited over 40 minutes for the food to come over, it was on the warmer for a good 5 minutes. Would have been quicker to get it ourselves. We had to ask 5 times for our table to be cleaned we ended up doing it ourselves. It we had not already paid for the food we would have left and gone elsewhere. I have never had such poor service if I could give no stars I would. Never ever coming back

I paid $17.90 for an incorrect meal served to me after i told the person on the cashier what i wanted to order. He didn’t even make an effort to check the photo on the screen so he can confirm what I’m referring to. I assumed he knows the menu as he works in this cafe when he told me what’s on it. My order arrived which was just scrambled eggs with a couple of tomato pieces & mushrooms, entirely not the cherry beans breakfast. No attempt to remedy my issue after telling the waitress & the person on the cashier it’s not the same. They pretty much ignored my issue completely. I couldn’t eat it so didn’t touch the food & returned the full plate because i had same breakfast meal. It was disappointing. Since this is the 2nd time I had bad experience (1st one was an over cooked meal) in this place I won’t be coming back again.

Was amazing!! Not only is the coffee great the food is phenomenal!!! You can definitely taste the love and passion in your meal! The head chef even personally delivered my meal and made sure everything was great and that I was happy!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Have eaten here on a number of ocaisions. the most recent being this week. Food is good. I always have a mocha and it is always good. A big plus for me; as I usually have a burger; is they don't serve it on those awful wooden breadboard plates that seems to be the thing in quite a lot of places these days.

I come here every Friday with my grandson and have breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and the food is wonderful

My kids and I often come here they love the nutella donuts and the huge sized muffins! The coffee is a little hit or miss for me (really depends on the barista) have never had an issue with service though. Have always had lots of help.

Spent nearly $100 on Breakfast with family this morning and when i asked for one extra cup i was told NO by a young rude lady and asked manager why? He couldnt even answer my question so i asked him to move away , will never take my family there again VERY VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL ��

Very delicious food and good customer service

Friendly service, plenty of seating and free self serve lemon water which is always a plus. Ordered the basil pesto grilled chicken and avocado melt and the eggs benedict with smoked salmon. Came in at around 2pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t that busy— a lot of seats to choose from. Waiting time was a little under 20 minutes and the menu can be compared to your usual mall cafes like The Coffee Club. The food was alright— pretty average but a little pricey for what you get. The smoked salmon with the eggs benedict was really nice and they add a good amount of hollandaise sauce and the portions are perfect— giving you a good bread to egg/salmon/sauce ratio every bite, but it wasn’t that filling. The melt came with perfectly fried and seasoned chips that were crispy and I ended up liking them better than the melt, but the melt was still alright. The chicken and avocado are of good quality and they give you a good amount of it on the bread. Goes really well with the pesto too! Not sure if I’d recommend, because there are other places out there but it’s not a too bad place to grab a quick breakfast/lunch/brunch :)

I am familiar with the brand after previously being a loyal customer of another store before it changed management, so I gave it a chance one day when doing my shopping and found myself in need of a coffee. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are really friendly and there's no eftpos minimum, which is always a bonus - nobody wants to have to hunt for an ATM when all they need is one coffee. I've been served by a few different baristas now, and can report that they are consistent in quality and the coffee tastes great every time.

The coffee is average. meals are quite expensive.. we had the smashed avo on sourdough and big breakfast with chorizo- we spent more than $50. Customer service is good. Overall dining experience- good!
