Review Lily's - Blacktown

Nice Venue, we were there for a 25th wedding celebrations. The service was good and everything was perfect. The food presentation was good but taste wise I would give 3.5 out of 5. Overall a nice place to have a function and would recommend the venue.

Went there for a birthday dinner.. We had the function in the front room. The aesthetic of the place was very nice. Decent space and facilities for what the dinner party needed. Toilets were tidy and clean which is always a win. All in all, the event space was nice. However, the food was very bland, including the desserts, entrees and dinner was served almost cold and the drinks orders were consistently incorrect. Look, the staff were friendly and nice enough, but in terms of the actual food and drinks provided, it could definitely use improvement.

We booked the Iris Terrace for a family function and were so impressed with the wonderful services and friendly staff. We planned the event from interstate, so there was a lot of back and forth with our planning, but the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The night itself was just perfect, with delicious food, great options for dietary restricted guests, the atmosphere in the room was wonderful and we loved that we could access the sound system in the room. Absolutely cannot fault this place and highly recommend if you are looking to book a function. Thanks Lily's!

We dined at the Restaurant recently for lunch. This was our first visit and we were totally surprised as to how spacious the layout was and how beautiful the decor. The range of meal options was extensive as well as having Friday specials.The service by the waitress was first class and although very busy she was still able to cater to our food and drink requirements without undue delay. Although there was a good number of patrons dining, there was no excessive noise. We will certainly be returning to Lilys.

Lily's has a large parking space. There are lots of amazing options on Their menu. The foods are well presented and delicious. It's a lovely place for all kinds of events. Will definitely visit again.

We always enjoy the food and service at Lily’s. This was our first time during the seafood night. My partner Kevin had the trio and enjoyed it very much. I don’t like seafood so I enjoyed my pasta. We will come back again 🤗

Classy and friendly, the warm atmosphere does not end at the place but extends to its staff. We attended a gathering of family and friends at this location and one of the staff, Angela (Angie), was so kind and patient to my daughter who, being on the spectrum, was clearly distraught after having gone through the entrance of the premises. Angela, assisted not only in calming her down but also checked up on her every few minutes as we enjoyed the fantastic food and ambiance. Another staff at the bar was so kind to even offer ice cream to my daughter when he saw that she was losing it. It was delightfully unexpected and certainly not required but they absolutely went above and beyond. What started out as a disastrous night ended in the best one we've had in months. Thank you to Angela and the staff at Lilys!

My partner and I have visited this place many times and never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and top quality, the staff are very helpful and friendly (they even let us in right before close 😀). Can't praise these guys enough. If your looking for a nice, fancy Italian restaurant that's good quality but don't want the price tag, look no further.

Christmas Party's are always lots of fun and last night it was terrific. Every year, 5 very good friends, pick a place to have our get together and it was Lilys this year. Great company, great food, great service. Our waitress, Vanessa, was wonderful. Attentive without hovering and always ready to have a laugh with us. The young waiter who served our table was really good too. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly as were the staff and we were given a delightful glass of champagne to say how much they all enjoyed our company. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an evening out. Ursula and I would like to say thank you for a lovely evening to you all.

So we decided to order some comfort food on Friday 24th June & what better than some Pasta. We ordered at 7pm and after a number of calls to chase we finally had our delivery at 9pm. So the Garlic Pizza was stone cold and my dish, the Pappardelle was more like some lasagne sheets thrown in with some sauce. Trying to take it out of its container was like picking up a stodgy mess. Tried the sauce and it had no taste, this dish ended up in the bin as it was pretty much inedible. My wife, after hearing her dish up said it was ok. Overall 2 hours to wait for 2 pasta dishes and a garlic pizza is pretty poor, especially when one of the dishes was inedible. Won't be ordering again, Lily's has gone so far downhill we can't afford to throw that much money away on food you can't eat. Would give minus stars if I could.

My hubby & I had dinner here last night, & I must say that we were incredibly disappointed!!! My husband ordered a tap beer which came out as a bottled beer!??It appears that the drinks menu is quite out of date!!! We weren't too impressed with our dinners either, my husbands Chicken cesear salad contained a lot of yellow leaves & 2 big stalks ends of the lettuce!!!! My linguine was supposed to have brocollini in it but clearly was broccoli!!!! The waitress tried telling us that where she comes from in the Middle East they enjoy the yellow parts best of a lettuce!!!!!???? Odd really considering it's an Italian restaurant!!!????? We were offered a free dessert, I chose Tiramisu my favourite!!! Well it was the worst Tiramisu I have ever seen & tasted!!!! Couldn't eat it!!!! Sloppy & completely over the top on presentation!!!! Anyone considering going here I would really reconsider, food not good !!! A piece of square paper on top of a linen tablecloth!!!!!!??? What is that all about??? Trying to cut the laundry bill!!!!???? Very tacky !!!!!

We waited over 45 minutes for mains to arrive only to be utterly disappointed with what came out. The Beef cheeks were sent back to the kitchen as the meat was purely FAT and could not be eaten, the vegetarian pizza was terrible, tasteless and cold and the salmon was average. We had to repeatedly ask the wait staff for the how long our mains would take to come out to be told “in the next 10 mins”, “it’s coming” , “we are very busy tonight with a lot of functions on” by three different wait staff. Extremely frustrating and disappointing to wait for a meal for close to an hour for it to not even be worth the wait and to have to return it. We were offered free dessert and coffee as compensation but surely the root cause of the problem needs to be addressed. There were three other tables around us who were waiting and complaining about how slow the service was, including the table right next to us who had been waiting an hour with their small children. If there are functions happening management should take this into account and either put on more chefs to cater or organise staffing resources better; this shouldn’t be at the expense of walk in customers’ experience - making paying customers wait an hour for their food does not a good business make. Walked out of the restaurant still feeling hungry and unsatisfied- will not be coming again as this is the second time we have been disappointed with the service here.

Last night my 4 beautiful friends & I had out Xmas dinner at Lily's! The food was great but the service was exceptional!! Vanessa, our wait staff, went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & saw to our every need!!! All the staff that we interacted with were so lovely which added to our wonderful night! I would highly recommend Lily's for lunch or dinner! Great ambience, great food & great staff���. P.S. thank you also for our complimentary champer,s which topped off a great night!!

As if $10 pizza wasn't good enough for us! My girlfriend and I were amazed by the level of service by the staff. One in particular named Olivia went the extra mile to make us feel like a valued customer through various different means. After the delicious food we went to pay the bill and were greeted by the manager Vincenzo. We told him how happy we were with Olivia's service. He then also went the extra mile again to make us feel valued though I had already let him know how happy we were. Overall, this was an incredible experience for a low price that we are extremely happy with. We will definitely recommend Lily's to all our family and friends!

Don't eat here if you have a food allergy. Absolutely no understanding. 12yr old was there for a school function. An appropriate meal was discussed and agreed on weeks in advance with Sarah. School checked with various staff about the meal on the night. Meal delivered to his table stating it was dairy and egg free. It wasn't.And it wasn't the discussed meal of Schnitzel vegetables and chips. Now not returning calls to find out what happened as the promised phone call after looking into and talking to the head chef has never come. In a few days that was a week and half ago.

WOW what an awesome night we had - our party of 5 ladies spent the most perfect night dinning on scrumptious food, refreshing champagne, in an amazing atmosphere, but most importantly the service, was service, was service - our waitress Vanessa - the goddess of all waitresses - went above and beyond to make our experience at Lily's a delightful fun filled memorable one. I wholeheartedly recommend Lily's for the most amazing dinning experience and I can't wait to take the rest of my family and friends there. Grazie tanto Lily's bravo bravo.

I had my 50th birthday at Lily's on Saturday night 24/9/16 and it was amazing, the staff right from the day of booking through to us leaving the venue that night were so helpful and polite, the food is amazing (all my guests commented on this), I can't recommend them enough for any type of function big or small. We will be back again and again!

I attended a high tea function. The food was nice, however the service was not great. We had to ask for milk for the tea. Also, went to order a cocktail- there were 2 cocktail menus and we couldn't have anything in either menu as they didn't have all the ingredients. The bar tender was a bit arrogant. We ordered milkshakes and had to ask for them twice after we paid for them, before they were brought to the table. They were for children so this was difficult to wait for.

We celebrated my daughters First Holy Communion at Lilys on Sunday 11 Sep 2016. I must admit I was reluctant after reading some of the reviews on this site. However our experience was one to remember. Our functions co ordinator Bernadette and also Sarah listened to our every need so the day went exactly to plan. Our guests all commented on the food which was all served hot and delicious( the salt and pepper calamari was a stand out ) and the drinks were flowing .The service we received from our wait staff was amazing . All in all we had a fabulous day and will definately be back. Thank you Lily's , we were very happy customers.

Thank you Lilys. My daughters 18th was memorable, stress free and fun. Because of your professional staff, the evening was a success. The guests were looked after and there was an abundance of food. The room had the exact feel we wanted and I will recommend Lilys to everyone planning a function. Thanks again to Sarah, Danielle and the evening co-ordinator Jovin as well as all the wait staff.

Had our work xmas party in the Elite room last night and it was a fabulous night! Amazing venue, attentive staff (in particular Tenielle & Sarah), fantastic food and the dj (Andrew) was definitely a crowd pleaser with the tunes. Thanks so much

$10 pizza are da bomb! My friends and I have been here more times this past 4 weeks particularly than anywhere else! The food and customer are beyond reproach. We love coming here! Thank you Lilys, we will continue to keep coming back �

I went to Lily’s after an absence to find that things had really gone downhill! We waited close to an hour and a half for our meal whilst we saw other people that were seated later being served in around 10 minutes!<br/><br/>When the meal arrived, it was cold and disgusting. It was as if they forgot to take it out of the kitchen. When I informed the grumpy waitress, she didn’t offer any explanation or apology, instead she called the restaurant manager. From the get-go “Eggberto” or “Emberto” whatever his name is… was completely arrogant, rude and argumentative. <br/><br/>He had one of the worst Napoleonic complexes of anyone that I had ever come across. He blamed us for the delay saying, “it’s your fault you came in on a discount night!” even though what we ordered had nothing to do with their discounted promotion. This further didn’t make any sense as others that were seated later had their meal an were already gone! The place was also half empty! No refund was offered.

Fine Italian dining in the west has never been so good. Loved the variety of food here and the presentation was perfect. Great for family and friend get togethers.

I haven't had or attended any functions here but went for dinner for a few times and dinners were really great!<br/>Pastas and pizzas all met my expectations and I'm normally quite picky when it comes to pasta and pizza so well done chefs!<br/>Plus the weekday nights specials are super good for having quality food at cheap price and I enjoyed it so much!!!<br/>I will be returning for many many more times.<br/>Keep up the good work 👍

Very good service and lovely interior. Prices are a little high and food is nice but not extraordinary. Ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli for $20. Serving was a little small and taste was alright. Not a bad place, but it is quite average and I am sure there are better places that serve the same food for cheaper :)

Has a very nice range of foods. Waiters are friendly and take care of you well. I have gone on multiple occasions ordering different pizzas, pastas etc. and I have always been satisfied by the quality and taste.

Was rather surprised by this joint. Food was absolutely spot on! Our entree's were a great start to our experience. The bruschetta pizza was very refreshing and had one of the best wood-fired pizza bases I've ever had. Our mains were also great, the gnocchi and the con pollo pasta were delicious. I only have one small gripe about my pasta and that would be the sliced chicken, whilst it tasted good I found it to be an odd texture with the rest of my dish and I would of much preferred actual chicken breast pieces. The restaurant area is spacious and the servers were very nice and switched on.

All I can say is DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING and very poorly managed business with many incompetentcy at Manager and Staff levels. <br/>Had my son's baptism there on Sunday 26th February and I am appalled, disgusted, shocked and in disbelief on the poor service and lack of professionalism from this place; here are some of the things which went wrong after paying a substantial amount of money; <br/><br/>- My lactose intolerant guest was served a full cream latte instead of soy and felt violently ill after dietary requirements were provided <br/>- Kids meals forgotten and delivered late <br/>- Function was meant to start at 12.30pm and room was not ready - my guests had to wait outside <br/>- Coffees delivered 40 minutes late and left by guests <br/>- Projector did not work<br/>- Speakers did not work <br/>- Beverage package included but my guests were asked to pay for drinks <br/>- Bombonieres were lost and misplaced <br/>- Dessert buffet had to be moved multiple times causing some desserts to drop and be ruined (including plaque for my sons cake) <br/>- Guests were eating bread and butter spread on tables as only half the tables had plates  <br/>- Food less than average <br/>- Table seatings stuffed and had to be moved with staff having no idea about sitting charts <br/><br/>All this after I booked my event early December. The initial co-ordinator apparently quit (can understand why) I receive no follow-ups until a week before the function (after I chase them) and for them to try and scramble last minute. Event co-ordinator Kate, assistant Amanda and apparently head off department Vincenzo whom all agreed service was below standard and absolutely appalling and unacceptable, yet they provide a compensation offer that could be a winning joke on Comedy Central for the next year. <br/><br/>A warning to anyone going there or considering all I can say is DON'T - if you are after backyard farm service and incompetent staff whom will provide you an awful experience to remember for years to come than this is the place to go. If you wish to have a pleasant, memorable and up to standards experience and customer service seek somewhere else!

Great food and pizza, especially their pizza night specials.<br/>The wood fire pizza is good, but if you are ordering takeaway check your order. The crusts have been burnt a few times, so point it out to the chef before walking out.

Had a sneaky mid week lunch at this western Sydney gem. It's unfortunate that I grew up in a Filipino household that never understood soccer because otherwise I would've been able to enjoy this sort of food more earlier in my life.<br/><br/>Lily's is a bar and restaurant in Seven Hills with an indoor soccer field. They offer modern Italian cuisine with an Aussie twist. <br/><br/>The service is fantastic - from the concierge to our waiter Mario who was full of character. Everything from being addressed as sir to having napkins dressed on my lap. <br/><br/>They offer a lunch specials menu with meals at about $10 each with an offering of 200gm steaks and pastas. I'm told their focaccia sandwiches are fantastic. <br/><br/>I opted for something on the al la carte menu - the gnocchi with a Gorgonzola cream sauce. Very rich and and filling. Think of it like grown up Mac and cheese. My other dining companions thought otherwise and decided to share pizzas instead. They have an impressive drinks and cocktail menu anything from vintage Merlot to Peroni on tap and in-house designed cocktails.<br/><br/>Overall Lily's is heaps better than any chain Italian restaurant nearby e.g. crinitis & pannarottis and maybe even cheaper too. <br/><br/><br/>

First visit in over 5 years. A busy place with all tables in use. Food good but served without any accompanying vegetables etc. Pay extra for these. On top of fairly expensive meals the price becomes unrealistic. $40 is average with veg or chips. Service good and wait staff pleasant. Obviously the place is popular but doubt that I will return. There are plenty of other similar eateries that give better value for money.

I have had take away and dined in and eaten a variety of items from the menu. The food, service and timely delivery makes the experience ... Not to mention the amazing prices for the size of the meals given. The Fraser salad, ravioli, garlic bread , lasagna and pizza are incredibly dilicious and the home made touches add the flavor that other places simply lack. It's a must to try here

hmmmmm.... Waiters were friendly but the food was rubbish.<br/><br/>To  the owner Francessco procopio cazzo who is the chef your food is shocking. My friendi people know their food. non poi imbrogliare le persone che conoscono il loro cibo.<br/><br/>I came with my family and I ordered the chicken skewer with chips  (Spiedino di pollo). You claim on your menu that it is char grilled, its crap, the pieces were large with no visible burn marks on them, you cheated, you pre cooked it boiled the chicken   all this pulp was coming off it. Then you slap it on the microwave heat it up, then put it on the grill for a minute or two. And there is no authentic char grilled taste its supposed to have a nice char grilled taste right through the chicken<br/><br/>its a shame because your waiters are really  nice Im sorry but if you keep doing rubbish like that i wont come back.  you cant cheat, people notice these things...

Best Seafood and Meat Platter. Francesco knows food, real Italian food. This is by far the best restaurant in Sydney. great value for money. amazing pizza. They bend over backwards to help you with any function big or small. highly recommend

21st Celebration. We recently celebrated our daughter's 21st with family and friends in Lilys Cocktail Bar. The staff were truly amazing and our requests and questions were handled in such a polite and professional manner. The food was delicious and plentiful with a great variety so no one left hungry. The dedication of the staff meant that we were free to enjoy the night, not having to run around continuosly checking that the night was going as we had planned. Thank you to all staff on the night and Chantelle with whom we initially organised the event.

We attended the Holly Burns Fundraiser at Lily's and had a great night. The staff were friendly, cheerful and efficient - we felt welcome from the moment we entered the beautifully decorated function room. The food was great and the service superb.

Dad's 88th Birthday celebration at Lily's Restaurant, Bar & Function Centre. My father was celebrating his 88th birthday with all the immediate family on Sunday, 25th May 2014. We loved the food and service. Vincenzo looked after us very well and was most obliging. The food was very tasty and generous in servings. We found we could speak to each other and there was a lovely atmosphere with Italian music in the background.Our sincere thank you for providing a pleasant ambience and venue and outstanding set menu which we thoroughly enjoyed very much.<br/><br/>I just booked again today to celebrate our mother's 76th birthday next Sunday, 31st August. We are having the set menu as it was delicious.

25th Anniversary. A big THANK YOU to Lilys and your very professional staff for our recent 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was, we felt, an absolute success, and that was due in no small part to your staff’s dedication, professionalism and happy faces! A special mention to Marius and Nigel, who kept in constant communication with us to confirm that everything was going to plan and to ensure we were happy with everything as the night progressed. It seemed that nothing was too much of an imposition for them, and they were only too happy to facilitate our every request. For example, some invitees backed out at the last minute and were replaced by others, then the ones who backed out said they could come again! When we let Marius know he assured us there would be no problem and looked after things appropriately. Nigel made sure to seek us out throughout the evening to ensure that meals were to our satisfaction (which they definitely were - delicious!) and that they were being served in a timely manner. Other staff assisted greatly with sound and platform setup, providing us with more than what we expected, and kindly gave of their time to make sure everything was prepared to our satisfaction. A lovely time was enjoyed by all and a comment we heard repeatedly throughout the evening was how beautiful the facility was and that they didn’t know it was right in their local area. Lilys may need to do more advertising! We’re glad we found you and we give you, your staff and management 5 stars!

Lack of customer service as they got bigger. Seem to forget the first customers that got them off the ground. Oh well disappointing but not unusual hence why demon's didn't last !!! Keep that in mind !

Big like!. First of all I like the restaurant because every time I was greeted with a friendly smile and led quickly to the table, but also because the food is very tasty and the dishes could not be more varied. <br/>If I were to give a grade for each restaurant separately, Lilys definitely would have taken one of the biggest ratings. <br/> Try deserts, brilliant!

Great!!!. Warm and welcoming with a great interior decor, good service, good quality dishes at affordable prices. Although the menu is very detailed and explicit, we also had a waiter who was friendly and smiley and gave us more details and guidance. Worth trying! BAD NEWS. I'm not one to write a review (just joined urban spoon to do so) as I usually leave it up to... you try and if you don't like it don't have it again but unfortunately in this case I feel the need to let people know just how terrible this food is and to avoid trying it in the first place. I wish a read some of the previous reviews before choosing to eat from Lilys. Save your sanity and your taste buds.<br/><br/>Reading some of the reviews below... I'm not sure who would even consider having a wedding at this venue, sounds utterly bizarre to me...<br/><br/>Upon ordering food over the website (probably the only positive is that the website was easy to navigate) we received our food just after 30mins, though I wasn't to know how long this would take as the booking email had no information on when we would receive our dinner (I had to call to find out – phone manner was ridiculous... I was asked... ‘Yes, hello, who is this’ no mention of how can I help you.<br/><br/>Our food arrived and a meal was missing.... I was not impressed. <br/>The delivery driver went back to get our remaining meal and I called the restaurant to let them know. It took 3 people to say hello how can I help you before I received help. <br/>My meal was on it was with some drinks , a dessert and a heap of garlic bread for compensation of our time and their error (I was grateful for that and appreciated the prompt action that the manager took to get the food out to me) <br/><br/>Unfortunately the compensation did not cover up the absolute garbage food that we received. All 3 meals that I ordered were utterly disgusting. The manager called later in the evening and appologised for the error in their service which I thought was very considerate of him but I couldn't bite my tongue and had to tell him how appalling his food was. He offered to supply a free of charge meal during the week to try another pasta dish from the menu but I declined as I truly will never eat another meal from Lilys again. <br/><br/>Food – Disaster (I have truly never eater food so bad)<br/>Cost – terrible considering we paid money for food we didn’t eat <br/>Will I recommend this restaurant to any of my friend and family – I will recommend them NOT to go

Disappointed. In this case the food itself isn't the issue, it's the service, the inconsistency of the the menu, and the noise from the function rooms. When our order came out, the presentation was nice but the plates were chipped all over. The serving sizes differ so greatly with what you order, I had the chicken Malibu, and my husband had the chicken skewer. The skewer was HUGE and came with chips as a side for $29.00. Mine however consisted of 3 small chicken breast pieces and a few prawns with sauce on top. No salad, no veggies, no chips, nothing extra; and this cost $32.00. It just doesn't make sense which ever way you look at it. One other person from our table ordered a pasta dish for main (I believe it was the Penne Al'Arrabiata), and when the waitress was asked if it was very spicy, her reply was that it shouldn't be too bad. Of course, once it came out, we discovered chilli was all you could taste. If the staff aren't sure about an item on the menu, they should just go ask the chef. Lastly, the stage in one of the function rooms is against one of the walls of the dining room, so when music starts you need to yell across the table. We won't be returning. If choose to visit, go on a weekday when there's a much lesser chance of a function being held.

Weddings At Lilys Restaurant, Bar And Function Center. Instead of sticking with some of the boring locations for a wedding, when it was my daughter's time to tie the knot we made plans at Lilys Restaurant, Bar and Function Center. After all, it was important to me that she had the best of everything and this was truly the right venue. When looking around at some of the other locations in the area, I kept thinking back to Lilys realizing that nothing quite measured up. We made a great decision to say the least!<br/><br/>Lilys Restaurant, Bar and Function Center was very helpful when it came to assisting us with all of the preparations leading up to the wedding. They took our ideas and worked with us to come up with the most stunning decorations and breathtaking arrangements. To keep it intimate, we chose to have our own private bar and we had full reign of the large and inviting dance floor. The food with an Italian theme was absolutely to die for and I would recommend that anyone have a wedding at Lilys Restaurant, Bar and Function Center.

Unwinding At Lilys Restaurant Bar And Function Center. After a busy week, I just want to be able to take the time and relax amongst friends and talk about everything that is going on in life. With my friends, we just make the time to go to Lilys Restaurant Bar and Function Centre so we can enjoy great drinks, friendly atmosphere and even a little bit of dancing if we are feeling like moving. There is always something going on at Lilys and Fridays are truly the best if you want to mingle and meet other people who are looking to have a great time along with you.<br/><br/>We absolutely love the live music that is booked at Lilys Restaurant Bar and Function Centre and all of the food items on the menu are just to die for. The drinks? There is nothing that beats all of the fresh selections and specialty drinks that are unique and refreshing. Also, if you are a person who doesn't like a crowded dance floor, you will love this place because the dance floor is the perfect size to fit lots of people.

The best bar in town. There are many reasons why a person may need to hire the services of a good bar and function centre. Bad restaurant. Very flirty and bad service. Dishonest staff and owner. Food was miserable.

Perfect!!. It has been a very very long time since I have been to Lily's. I was absolutely shocked and surprised at how much the new owners and staff have changed this place. The restaurant and function rooms look amazing but I was captivated by the smell coming from the wood fire oven when you walk in the door. The service was A+++++ and as for the food, it was the best!!! <br/>My entire table said they would come back !!! In one word PERFECT

The fact that I'm posting my very first review says a lot about Lily's<br/><br/>We had the pleasure of dinning at Lily's last Saturday evening. Our group of 4 adults and 5 children could not have been happier.<br/><br/>First mention has to go to the service. For me, this often makes the difference and I cannot remember a better example of good customer service than that which we experienced. Welcoming, friendly, efficient, we were extremely well looked after from start to finish. Really could not be improved upon in any way.<br/><br/>So then, the food. Excellent. Genuinely impressed. The fish was cooked to perfection and the veal was meltingly tender, the pasta was to die for and the kids meals were not only value for money the kids actualy wanted to finish their meals. The woodfired pizzas were just perfect, this is Italian at its best!! I could go on and on. The kids games room meant all the adults could enjoy a coffee and dessert with the kids happy playing. We would be back! Already planning husbands 40th in their function rooms!!

Never Again. 3rd and final trip to Lillys, tonight the service was just disgraceful, the wait staff had no idea what the dishes were and insisted we order by number, then after 60 - 90 minutes when the food finaly did arrive they had no idea what they were bringing to the table, and asked our party, who ordered number 62 etc. The food was generally fine, though the delay was not, but the poor service ruined the night. I know 30 people who wont be returning.

How Dissapointing. The meals are pleasant if you don't mind Waiting and Waiting and Waiting and Waiting. As long as you don't mind having everyone's dinner brought to the table in 10 - 15 minute intervals and having half the table still waiting for their dinner while the other half has just about finished then you'll probably enjoy yourself. Probably not a good idea to order drinks if your thirsty, the bar is only a short walk from the dinning area and it's far quicker to get up and get it yourself than wait an eternity for table service. The atmosphere is relaxing with soft dinner music being played every 5 minutes or so only stopping so as the entertainer can go to the bar for his own drinks.<br/>Overall a very dissapointing experience in a venue that shows potential but lacks the management and service levels to encourage us to go back for a second helping.

Amazing food! Amazing chef-genius! Try the cutlets, the pizza, the pasta, ooh the steak! And don't forget dessert! Great service, live music. I've been for a romantic meal with my husband and also on other occasions with my family!

What a great night!. We went to Lilys on the night of Mothers day and wow..what a busy night.<br/>There were so many people there which was a great indication of how popular Lilys is. This was my first time at Lilys but some family members have been there before and I can see why they chose to return.<br/>It was expected to wait a little bit for our meals and we were happy to, the service was very good and there was live music which was great. The meals were cooked to perfection. Very impressed.<br/>We will be going there again very soon. It's a must try!

I can't believe how big this place is and how kid friendly it is the food is great and do is the service. Best homemade ravioli I've tasted

Night to remember. I went to Lilys recently ans wow i must say it was amazing.. i dont know what some people were talking about.. the service was absoultely amazing, greeting on the spoke and the wait was minimal. <br/><br/>Food wow!!!! everything was presented well and tasted so delicious, they staff made sure we were always happy and taken care of.. <br/>i would definately recommend lilys the place to go!!!

I've been here multiple times and have to say if you have any of the pizzas, you can't go wrong. They really are some of the best pizzas around. Unfortunately, service seems to be less consistent, I guess depending on who is serving you it is either very friendly and attentive or mediocre at best. I'll definitely go back for more pizza though.

Don't waste your time. We went here for Mothers Day dinner and were so disappointed.<br/>Firstly when we made the booking we were told that we can get the Mother's Day Banquet but when we turned up they said that we cannot.<br/>We were in a group of 10 and 3 out of the 10 ordered pizzas and the remainder of the group ordered steak and pasta dishes.<br/>The steak and pasta was delivered to those that ordered it and those who ordered pizza did not get their meal.<br/>20 mins after half our table finished eating the waitress come to our table to advise that they had ran out of mushrooms for the pizza. We advised to not worry about the mushrooms and just bring the pizza's out.<br/>The waitress returned again 15mins later to clear those that had eaten their mains and saw that the pizzas still have not arrived, she returned after checking with the kitchen and we were advised that the kitchen did not speak with the pizza guy to advise mains had been served and the pizza has just been put in the oven. Now waiting another 15mins the pizza's finally arrived and half the table had to sit waiting for the others to finish their meal.<br/>Service in this place really needs to improve.

Pleasant night out. We had a pleasant meal although it was a bit expensive for what was on offer. Also there seemed to be a lot of waiters milling around not doing very much. Not sure where the KIds Room was but it certainly wasnt easily identifiable.

Dinner saturday nigth. Food was excellent.service not great ,ordered 2nd bottle of wine ,after 20 minutes of waiting for it ,and reordering again got told we run out .would have been no poblem if told before.very disappointed.

Fantastic Local. Newly renovated and change of ownership has taken Lily's to a new level. Good for couples, singles or familys. On the five occasions I have been to Lilys the food and atmosphere has been very good. Service was very attentive and has kept us coming back. Great to at last have a good local venue for just a quiet drink or something to eat and... NO POKIES!

Ho Hum!. Entered the establishment no one was there to greet us. Someone finally greeted us. We weren't sure if we were going to dine but just curious. There was going to be a show of some sort on but it was made quite clearly from the start that we weren't really welcome if we were not dining. The ambience of the establishment not good more of a operating theatre quite sterile actually. Not the sort of place that you can feel like relaxing in after a big day. Staff were very friendly and helpful but yeh the place really lacks that relaxing atmoshpere. Sorry not for us!!

Disappointed. A nice place that has a awkward entrance which is at the back. The place faces the main road but there is no entrance that I saw.<br/><br/>We came in and was quickly greeted but our waiter, who at least acknowledge he was a little late but it appears was told a little later that we were there. So we went to your tables with no menu's. A waitress later on did come over to see if we were served. I feel the wait for the service made it appear like a long time for the food to come out.<br/><br/>The food itself was ok, my croquettes was 3 small pieces for ?$10? My pork was a little on the small size but the sauce was nice. MY friend, in her oysters, had cheese on top which was fine but also had pepper in them! She found this strange, and so did I. Ambience, the place feels like a rsl<br/><br/>Value: smaller portions than expected, especially the croquettes. At least the menu has plenty of choices, I may eat here again but I hope the service and the portions improves.
