Review Domino's Pizza - Blacktown

Couldn’t be more disgusted in my life, I just received a delivered order from dominoes Emerton. The box was crushed and all the toppings and idk how much oil stuck to the top. Husband contacted the store explaining that the box’s look like it was sat on. They finally agreed on making the order again after arguing about The driver didn’t take the old pizza back, which was requested over the phone,. I got my replacement and I received the pizza all folded, toppings not even spread out. (last photo) do not recommend, What happen to the photo of the pizza when finish cooking, why have this option if you don’t use it.

Never going to order from this place again! 3 times in a row they got it wrong. The manager is so rude, virtually hung up on me. It sad when you have to tell a pizza shop what should be on a pizza. He said he will send me a new one but wants this one back. If you make a mistake, own it! The customers you make your enemy tell so many more people about their bad experience, than the odd one you do the right thing by.

Terrible service, order was incorrect, given dairy when ordering vegan pizza. Had to send photos for proof and then had to return the pizzas and all the happened was they remade the order. 2 hours after ordering for the first time we now have food. No refund, not what I expect from dominos, disappointing

Ordered from their app to deliver and leave Infront of my front door. When I went to check nothing was left. No pizza or anything I have ordered. When I called up to find out where my order is they reckon they delivered it but nothing was there. They turned around and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Never ordering from them again. Never got any notification that it was delivered either

Slowest and most incompetent dominos Pizza. If there was a no stars review option this store would receive that. Cold pizzas or poorly made pizzas numerous times. Ring to speak to the manager and you get no apology aswell as no resolution Pathetic

The past few times the pizzas have been missing toppings. This time it arrived as a mess. Previous reviews: Dominos Emerton have upped their game. I finally tried them again after the Ropes Crossing store had three consecutive orders made wrong. Pizza is made better, more cheese than other stores, pizzas are delivered hot to my door by drivers that actually care. Previous review: Davinder never actually delivers the pizza. Instead he sits in his car on the road and calls you do come out. This time I ignored the call and he came to the gate and yelled my name. Is it really that hard to deliver pizza to someone's door? One job -deliver pizza to the door and he still can't do it. Utterly pathetic! Yet again, the delivery guy was unable to find the house at the end of the drive way. Pizza lacked toppings, was undercooked and not Edible.

The pizzas here are great and the service is very calm. I like that the in app decision of how you want your pizzas is smart because everyone wants different pizzas and pizza types

I love this dominoes me and my wife eat here more then we care to admit always extra large Pepperoni with extras and is always amazing I recommend more then any other dominos this place is truly amazing! 🙏
