Review Ginny's Cafe & Restaurant - Blacktown

Had attended a course delivered in one of their event rooms. It was nicely set up, facilities are updated and very clean. Staff are warm and welcoming throughout the day. Parking was easy and plenty available. The in-house restaurant was very busy and produced some amazing food for all patrons for such a great price. Portions were massive and tasted amazing! A great place to gather with some friends and colleagues for a few drinks and a hearty feed! Noticed an indoor playland to keep the young ones at bay. Well recommended for all!

The RSL club known as the Club has got a surprise, the Italian restaurant is the only place to eat now as covid killed the buffet, but the food is very good and well priced. The bar adjacent to the restaurant tables is very nicely done, this place is a hidden gem and well worth the trip. There is a large carpark so I can't see too many problems parking. If you want to travel by public transport from Sydney you have to cross the tracks via a over track concourse. You go down some stairs near a multi-storey car park and walk through the carpark to the club towards second Avenue you can see the club it has a mosaic triangular artwork on its side.

Visited club blacktown on Wednesday for lunch, after having a very informative and professional conversation over the phone with Robert at the front desk. I was with my Family and it was an exceptional experience. Food is fresh and tasty from Villagio. The kitchen is Incredibly clean and organised. Coffee is delicious and was well made by Kelly. Her service was outstanding as well. We were greeted by Helen who was wonderfully hospitable! The outdoor greens and play area is so safe and enjoyable for children and I loved that I could see my daughters playing, it was great peace of mind. Looking forward to our next visit!

It was a very disappointing experience. As a visible minority I was made to feel I was not good enough to be there. This was based on how the person at the desk was very off putting in her approach and my treatment. Experience left me questioning the training the staff go through before being allowed to represent this organisation.

Very boring & depressing atmosphere. Nice and clean and lots of parking. The food was very average.

Boy, has it changed....very nice and the food was good as well...big improvements...I like..

Went to bingo tonight with partner. Apart from the nice lady at the desk that made you feel welcome. Bingo was just really awkward. It was played nasty. Worst bingo game I have ever played. I will never return here again that’s for sure People where so dirty how they played. I think we need more manners and respect I think. Definitely not my kind of people I would like to compete with.

This incident happen around 7.00 pm Saturday 19-03-2022 . Very very worst customer service by the reception young girl today. When i come with my wife and my kid to have a dinner. This girl very rude speaking to us when I was sign in my wife in the machine, she comes to us so rudely, no unprofessional, after embarassed I told her can I talk to your Manager he came after few minutes His name is John. I told him about the incident no complaint registered, it looks like Manager even do not care about the members. I been too many times this place, never had a issue. I will report this to the Board of directors and Fairwork if I did get any result of the complaint.
