Review Fruition Gourmet - Blacktown

I would rate -1 as they don’t even deserve any star at all! I called and booked a telephone appointment with one of the Drs and was told that I will be called shortly… the shortly never happened, called them again this morning and there was not a single apology or acknowledgment! Rebooked for today first thing in the morning and yet didn’t get the call the whole day and of course why would the reception bother to get back!! Seriously hopeless reception, the Dr is good so I guess they think patients can cope it!

They don't even deserve "1" star. Iv called the reception for an appointment more than five time and they don't give the time, its much harder than the specialist doctor no human value at all, so they are the special creature of god. The last time I rang the reception they have been asked for my detail, I have given all the detail including my medicare number, but unfortunately she wasn't able to find my name in a system.Its waste of time and money. Even the doctors are just thinking how they ripoff the medicare system, not really think of how to improve their service and make their customers happy and have a successful business.

Went in to see a doctor specifically for a prescription i wished to see if i could get it waited nearly two hours there only to be called and be seen by the wrong doctor and then be told that i cant see the doctor i wished to see for the prescription since hes already filled the max amount of prescription for the day. Was then met with ums and are as to what to do by the receptionist waisted my time there for nothing.

Rang twice & got hung up on twice after listening to the phone spiel. Emailed & still have not received a reply. Very poor service.

Don't see Dr Zhang, waited two hours and she called another paitent and put their concerns under my name and ticked me off! ABSURD!

Please avoid this clinic if you can. My appointment was at 3.15pm and I was called in at 4pm. They aren’t busy, but lack of communication between the doctors and the front desk led to a massive delay. I had to chase them thrice before they figured out whom I have to consult with.

Fabulous large foyer surgery. Good friendly doctors. Chemist (Cincottas) adjoined to it. No appt needed. Good opening hours.

They don't even deserve "1" star. Iv called the reception before I am going when I was there she said Dr Murat feeling not well and he is gone. It's a big lie because he was standing next to me. Waste of time and money
