Review Gloria Jean's Coffees - Blacktown

I have never visited Gloria's for coffee. And also I have never eaten cakes or cookies there. Please get my location tracking on the right bearings. Kind regards to future tracking correctness.

I am dissappointed that no easily visible signs to identify Gloria Jeans cafe, I went pass the store twice and used information centre to find the cafe.

Quick service and lovely staff but I have a few concerns about the age of some of the bakery items in the front cabinet. The Cheesecake looked a bit like it had been there for a while. The muffin that I ate was a bit stale. I had a Kit Kat chiller too. This was good. It was creamy and fresh at the same time. Lots of Kit Kat pieces in it.

Have been coming here for more years than I can count - usually for the Iced Tim Tam Chiller. The ladies (Hannah in particular) know my order. When I have ordered bakery items (not very often), they were delicious!

Watch out for their milkshakes. They don’t have a soft serve machine so milkshakes are made on crushed ice. Never had a worse milkshake in my life. Hardly any flavouring and hardly any milk, just ice and cream

Why can't the baristas make their coffees and teas to order? And why are they unable to fix their mistakes when they get the order wrong? I highly recommend against going to this Gloria Jean's as they do not care about the product they are serving.

The most terrible coffee that I've ever tasted. Aftertaste- like I just had a cigarette. Took tiramisu and it tasted like it was about 2 weeks old with dried pastry. My son had chocolate milkshake and it was like ice +milk +water milkshake. Looks like very greedy owner. Everything that I ordered was of extremely poor quality.

The Chillers I get are wonderful and the staff are friendly 😊 Although I won't be harsh on the score, Everytime I've come here, I've had to wait a considerable amount of time. It gets a bit busy but there is lack of staff. They are great anyway, 👌
