Review Domino's Pizza - Blacktown

Just waited an hour and a half for my order. I spent just over $70. After waiting an hour I rang the store to see what was going on. Got told it will be leaving in 5-10 min. 30 min later still nothing. Ring again and spoke to someone, they put me on hold, then took me off hold and hung up on me. My order finally arrived. Parts of my pizzas were burnt. The pepperoni puff wasn’t even cooked properly. The dough was raw. Inside looked more like vomit than pepperoni. The churros were burnt to a crisp. Rang up to ask for a refund, for just the sides as they weren’t edible at all. I got told it’s not in their policy to give refunds but they can send the whole order out again. They would rather send out a whole order instead of give a $10 refund?!? Zero logic. Will not be ordering from here again. A complete waste of money.

I've order 2 hours ago for my kids as I am in back to back meetings. I have given specific instructions for the drivers to find our house but I don't know why they did not pick that up. What's the use of the delivery instructions if they're not reading it? The last person who was working for them was really nice but gosh, how hard was it to call just to double check that the address is correct? They ended up leaving it at my neighbour's place and the food ended up with ants on them. I called them back and they did not even apologised as if I'm the one who's wrong. LIKE READ THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS!!!! Super bad experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas which one was thin and crispy (peri peri chicken) and the other one was classic crust (chicken supreme). As you can see the thin and crispy was basically just a toasted wrap with a few fillings and NO PERI PERI sauce! And the other one had all the ingredients we asked not to put, not to mention we didn’t get any add ons that we paid extra for. Complete disgrace, will never order from there again.

Never ordering from here again. They just throw toppings unevenly on the pizza, every slice tastes different, not a single slice matched the size of other slice, worst quality of preparation-cutting-portion-taste. Pathetic customer service. They serve you medium pizza saying it is a large pizza. Cheesy garlic bread was even worst.

Just realised that this is not a pizza place anymore and more like a bakery selling bread..

Vegorama, its a olive pizza with too much bitterness ane not cut ( slices of 1 cm ) , its my 2nd pizza of the week and its a really really a bad pizza ...... Used to be a real Vegorama

As Dominio's claims it will be delivered hot...hahaha it was not even Luke warm. Its shame they dont deliver..maybe they should re word the adversiment atleast! The vegan cheese had hardened like tiny crystal balls. We had to re heat it to enjoy the pizza. We had ordered vegan spicy supreme with a gluten free base. It was tasty but delivered cold.

I Ordered pizza around 5 o’clock and staff said that they were busy so it’s running late. Delivery came At 6.30 all 4 pizzas and garlic breads were burnt. Worst services ever I seen. After that when I called them and complain staff told me they will Send it again and it came around 9.15pm it’s too late..

This Domino's outlet is located near Kmart Blacktown. Have been ordered pizzas from this outlet so many times. Normally pizzas were always ready on time but from my recent online order for a party they had difficulties finding the order. I had to wait a bit and got my order late.

Greasy Cheap 🍕 Domino's<br/><br/>We bought 5 different pizza from dominoes, it was good but it was so greasy. After we are the pizza we felt so bad and sick. They gave us a lot of toppings in the pizza but it was too greasy.<br/><br/>(To be continued)

Quick and easy food to cater for a group from Domino's Blacktown.<br/><br/>We arrived to find many flavours of pizza such as Garlic, Simply Cheese, Ham and Cheese and BBQ Pork and Onion. We tried all of these flavours and were impressed. Definitely consistent quality with other Domino's pizza we've had in the past. No pizza was burn't and for value pizza's were full of flavour. <br/><br/>The Garlic pizza was incredibly creamy with its mix of a Garlic Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese on a Classic Crust. The BBQ Pork and Onion pizza was also very popular.<br/><br/>If we're looking for a quick meal and back in the area we will definitely consider coming back for a quick meal that's good quality for the price.

I've had my orders messed up quite a bit in the past, but i do definitely have the commend the guys for their service. <br/><br/>I visited the Blacktown branch, and there was quite a few impatient people, with messed up orders coz the system wasn't working. The staff definitely stayed polite and tried their best to get the orders through. Plus packed the pizzas with toppings.

I like eat pizza, only cost more to deliver.good service. Pizza taste good, hope more special menu. Enjoy my pizza today, will try next time.

Customer service is appauling. The domino's branch has very bad customer service. The first time we went in the store nobody bothered to serve us. We waited for a few minutes and then we left. Then the 2nd time we went there, it happened again. So now, we will never go there to order in store and would recommend going to the Quakers Hill Domino's.

DISGUSTED. So many times do the mess my order up after paying over 30$ for my pizza not one thing was correct and plus they did npt have the right amount of money up on delivery so paying 2 dollars extra i love the pizza here but after recieving pizza that was incorrect and cold and also a disgusting fudge that looked like it was wrapped in dirty cooking paper i dont think id ever come back here this is pathetic and disgusting!

Bad service, waited over an hour for pizza to deliver.. Was no longer warm on arrival..
