Review Mcdonald's - Blacktown

Ordered extra hot fudge on my Sundae, got no fudge at all. Don’t bother doing deliver from third avenue McDonald’s in Blacktown. 👎

3 weeks now and some how you still don't have ice in your restaurant? Warm drinks, no frappe, can't ger an iced latte because there's no ice. Ice machine not working? Go buy a few bags of ice from the servo. Bunch of halfwits

Slowest McDonald's ever. All the kiosks were broken and it took 15 minutes just to make an order, and I was the only person in the queue! And it took 40 minutes just to get 1 fillet o' fish. This is the second time this has happened here. I will probably never go inside again. They are extremely understaffed, only 1 person in the kitchen and 1 person at the front filling orders and doing drive thru.

Maccas (especially this one) needs to decide who their priority is - walk in customers, drive-thru customers, or delivery outfits. Pro-tip for getting take away quicker - just do drive thru. It gets to you hot. If you want to walk in and do take away, bring your own bag and order eat in. Gets served to you hot and you can repack and leave. Walk in and order take away and you're stuck in the same queue as the delivery peeps who just seem to hold things up.

Slow service and lack of basic courtesy. I understand that service can be effected if they are understaffed, not a complaint there. But there is no excuse for not smiling, for not saying thank you and for not replying at all when said thank you.

McDonand's is McDonald's - like any other fast food outlet, the difference is in the time to serve and unfortunately, whether they pack everything for a take-away order. Ordered the family bundle deal and the girl at the drive thru counter was adamant there were lesser items included than what actually was - had to show the package deal on my mobile to convince her! Unfortunately, she did not put that through in the order even after that and the takeaway pack was missing items. However, when pointed out, the server added the items back. Perhaps more training reqd...?

The drive through was closed due to eftpos machine problems. My husband went inside to get a cup of coffee & 2 cold drinks and it took 25 minutes to just get the cold drinks, he cancelled the coffee order.We could have been home & saved that money. Not happy....
