Review Kfc - Blacktown

Again with getting my order wrong not sure if I am that unlucky or that something that happens to everyone, I have to give them that the chips were perfect and the chicken was cooked in fresh oil so that’s the most important thing, I believe you will be fine if you order something like a meal without adding anything extra that’s when they’re going to get it wrong. Give them a go you might get lucky with anything extra you order.

Got 3 piece box and asked to make sure the 3 pieces of chicken is decent size, opened the box there was 2 more less acceptable and 1 piece you cant barely see .chips aren't cooked at all very dry and raw taste. I think management need to step up their game!

I went into this KFC tonight to get dinner for my Family. While I was waiting for my order that they got wrong. I noticed one of the staff members picking up a cooked piece of chicken and pretending to play basketball ball with it. Missing his shot to the bin, he then picks up the chicken and throws it at a college. His college then throws it back. While all this was going on you had the staff at the front, who where swearing at one another. If KFC management see this post check the CCTV between 9:15PM & 10PM. I'm lost for words with this place. I was really close to cancelling my orders and demanding a refund.

Can I just say how PLEASED I was with this KFC! Got my food within seconds, very friendly staff and overall such a good expereince. Not to mention the food was fresh and divine, excellent server KFC Blacktown. :)

Happy to accept service nsw vouchers and cook plenty of original recipe chicken for the order. Thanks for making things so easy, well done.

We order last night through app. A staff member (young girl) rung me to let me know that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill my order at the moment but she politely informed me of other options that they would be able to offer us if we would like our order filled now or we could wait for the chicken to be cooked. I really appreciate her excellent customer service. Or order was delivered with a personal note.

This place is off the grid in the afternoons, drive through is out on the street, always gets your orders right. Pretty much regulars staff are friendly and awesome. Thanks guys.
