Review Mr. Pretzel - Blacktown

I would usually give them 5 stars as the taste is amazing but it was extremely cold and stale this time around. The reason these pretzels are yummy is cause they are usually hot and fresh!! Was a shame cause If fresh, they would be amazing

A let down! I had the glazed pretzel and I was hoping it would be like Krispy Kreme + it wasn’t! The glaze was just icing that didn’t stick to the pretzel,it’s like having two different items in the same box. Same with the seasame garlic pretzel a lot of it didn’t stick to the pretzel. They use to make it better than this!

Just like a bread roll, but in the shape of a pretzel. They shouldn’t be allowed to market these as pretzels. A massive disappointment. That said, the bread is light and fluffy, so it’s a nice baked product, but nothing like a true pretzel.

Every time I go to Blacktown I get a cinnamon & sugar and Salty and I can tell you they make it perfect every time. Reminds me of the proper pretzels you get over in America.

Awesome girls very friendly and it tasted awesome had the nutella and cookies and cream 👌

Just bought six items today.Taste was okay.The Lady who took our order was rude and angry.not buying again.
